HANA TERIYAKI CIELO VISTA — Restaurant in El Paso

Horrible! Never again. I’m an out of country visitor looking for a quick healthy warm meal. Stopped by here since my favourite Thai place that used to be at this spot close ddown after Covid. Big mistake. First of all waited 30 min for my meal. Since the rice was already pre-cooked all they had to do was sauté the shrimp and vegetables and that took them 30 minutes. I was so hungry and dizzy I felt like getting up and leaving but I didn’t want to create a scene. Finally when my food arrived they did not call out the numbers and just put close boxes on the counter . I could not tell which was my order! Their system was really disorganized as they don’t tell you what to do and they just put out meals on the counter that obviously get cold overtime. Since I didn’t want that I just stood in front of the counter. Once the food arrived the rice was cold and mushy. It was disgusting. The shrimp although hot, were completely bland and had no seasoning, no sauce or anything even after all this time they were undercooked. It just looked like they threw in some frozen shrimp. Disgusting. But what shocked me the most was the price. They are so overpriced for what they are selling I wouldn’t of even pay $3 for that. disgusting and disappointing experience….never again. Like many who had to wait 30 minutes WE had to wait 45 minutes for our food. Their system is very disorganized. By the time we got our food it was already getting cold cause it took us a while to see who's order was who's. We asked for chopsticks but they didn't have any. My mom wasn't too very happy. When we figured out who got what, our food was warm to cold. The shrimp tasted stale and mushy. The chicken and every type of meat tasted under cooked. Both white rice and fried rice tasted over cooked. The veggies I wouldn't trust it. So horrible. Our favorite place to eat at while at the mall closed down so we gave this place a shot. That was a huge mistake. My entire family and myself ended up ALL getting food poisoning. If I could I would of just told them move and I'd make the food. When your dealing with any type of oriental type of food; when it comes to meat and sea food you have to cook it right otherwise people get food poisoning. By looks the food looks alright but by taste IT'S NOT!!! I don't recommend this place to anyone. If you can't cook the food how it's supposed to be cooked then hire cooks who can or you'll be dealing with many complaints and possible lawsuits. And as an Asian descent, any type of asian food that is this horrible is a disappointment. Half the food was cooked...

I have eaten here many times and it was pretty good. Today I ordered the teriyaki chicken and shrimp meal during lunch time. The lady at the cashier was friendly but as I paid I heard a slight cough. After I paid I sat to wait. She then blew her nose twice into a tissue. Proceeded to grab the tray. Then started the grill. As she placed food onto the grill she started to cough into her hand. She then continued to use the spatula to cook the meet. The coughing continued. Hands were never washed. I received my meal and then put it into the trash. Please train employees to wash hands especially when sick and...
