We went when it was very empty, hardly busy at all, most tables in every direction were open. So we assumed there wouldn’t be issues. Our soups and bread came out and immediately our bread was over cooked, and overly seasoned it was like pure salt and not anything close to how good the bread usually is. We told our waitress and they brought back more over cooked bread and instead there was basically no seasoning on it at all.
We both ordered chicken and shrimp carbonara and our food was bland and my boyfriend’s food didn’t even have the carbonara sauce at all it was just a ton of butter all over his noodles.
We then ordered the cappuccino which according to the menu, comes with biscotti and cinnamon sprinkled on top. Our waitress came back and said that it doesn’t come with anything and “we don’t have anything to sprinkle on it.” And the entire time our waitress was basically hiding and not trying to be seen. Overall the food was not worth what we spent at all and the service was even worse. Most of the waiters and waitresses were sitting around doing nothing the entire time we were there because of how slow business was and our entire experience was still horrible.
As we were walking out we realized we weren’t given the little Andes mint chocolates and asked the manager if they had any and first she completely ignored us and was trying to walk away from us until my boyfriend spoke up again and she practically threw them on the counter at us and walked away as fast as possible.
We were respectful and well mannered the entire time and politely made all of our requests, we never yelled at anyone or were rude at all. This type of service and experience is not typical in any of my times I’ve ever been to Olive Garden so we’re really surprised at how...
Read moreWorst restraunt experience we had in a long while. First of all we waited 30 min for a table for 5. Then they call our name and lead us to a table that has already been seated. The hostess apologizes and takes us back to the front. Another 7 minutes later she takes us to a section that has a large party and maybe one other table. We then sit there for 22 minutes waiting for someone to take our drink order. By this time the large party has finished and left. The waiter has passed our table 4 times and not once did he stop to ask if someone has helped us. They proceed to sit another large party and it takes him less than a minute to go and speak to them. Two minutes later he goes to take their drink order. That's when my husband gets up to speak to a manager. Couple minutes later the manager comes over and we explain what has happened. She was very apologetic and gets our drinks along with ordering us appetizers. I tell her we did not want this person waiting on us and she sends another server to take our order who was great. Then maybe 10 minutes later the first waiter has the nerve to come over to our table to ask if we have been helped. At this point we laughed and mutter 30 minutes later you decide to finally come and check on us. I understand that server's get busy but 30 minutes later is ridiculous. He was very attentive to his large party throughout the rest of the night. We spent two hours there and I don't think we will be going back anytime soon. I would rather go to Carinos or any of the local Italian restraunts that care to give...
Read morePlaced an online order the day before for a large order to be picked up. Upon arrival could not park in their designated parking for pickup due to people eating in parked there. After about 20 minutes looking for a spot, finally got inside. Had to point out to girl about the salads she was forgetting and had to remind her about missing an item. Upon arrival at the house discovered not only did they forget one full meal, they also botched one of the meals (chicken parmigiana without the chicken). Reached out to their management as was told the site manager would contact me, which never happened. Food was mediocre and service was terrible. All this for a bill over $100? Save your money, time and sanity and go elsewhere.
UPDATE TO PREVIOUS REVIEW 6/22/18: Was contacted by General Manger in regards to previous post. Got to meet him and spoke with him about previous negative meal and the situation surrounding the order. He was very sincere and honest and pointed out how important it is to him to make his customers happy and create an environment that they look forward to returning to. He then went a long way to make amends for the previous mistakes, provided me with his business card, asked for us to reconsider our previous experience and return soon with a call to him to let him know we are coming. For a Manager, any Manager to say that speaks volumes to me. We look forward to returning to his establishment and...
