Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in El Paso

Just wanted to say “Thank you” to your employees. Today my family and I experienced the the awful presence of an active shooter. I was ordering when we heard the first shot and your employees were quick on gathering everyone in the dining room and taking us to the back. Your manager on duty as well as the employees kept checking up on us and offered us water. Thank you!

My daughter was across Chick-fil-A at the Chinese restaurant next to the wing shop and the employees just left my daughter out in the dining room when ordering, they actually ran out through the back door not caring for their customers. My daughter had to find shelter behind a small wall in the dining room, I get it they ran for their live but they could’ve had me daughter run...

I normally do not do this, however my experience at Chic-Fil-A today was horrible! There were two different orders placed and my mobile order that was placed by my manager Grace. I waited an hour for the food and the food was cold. Every time I asked for an update on the food it was a different excuse every time. And the Manager Mr. Martinez was not very nice, there was no sense of urgency. My first order I ordered there and got with no problem. It was busy and I get that but waiting for an hour and getting different responses to why the food is not ready is totally unacceptable. Not to mention they gave us the wrong order as well even after waiting so long. There was no commendations...

I didn't think Chick Fil'a would be this bad ever. I ordered off the mobile app from work. When I got there to pick up my food, there was only 2 people in line. I waited patiently on the side for my food. All of a sudden 15 min later there was a line, I clicked the button that I was there before the 2 people in line ordered. Tell me why I got my food after the big group of people? I just ordered chicken nuggets, a soup, & 1/2 & 1/2 sweet tea and unsweetened tea.
