Jack in the Box — Restaurant in El Paso

Disappointing, on both the restaurant’s and corporate’s level. Anytime there’s a promotion going on, the restaurant doesn’t sell promoted item, the whole reason to go in the first place. The place also always gets orders wrong. I ask for a drink and never mention wanting DIET and they gave me diet... Or when I ask for plain burger, but they still add everything... OR when I say MEDIUM combo, but I get either small or large.

EDIT: The manager is great, but I still see there’s room for improvement from the working staff’s end. It’s also still a shame that corporate sends out coupons for new deals or new items, but the restaurant doesn’t operate on the corporate’s level, so any deal given through mail isn’t worth giving a glance. (Someone needs to look into that and fix it). Go there purely on a “wait and see” mentality. Food is worth checking out, but if you have to (and honestly you SHOULDN’T have to) double...

I'm almost always satisfied with my order sometimes the tacos are way too greasy and the breakfast sandwiches have egg shells; that's my typical order. I decided to try the sourdough grilled cheese sandwich and it was so stale I was only able to eat the middle part. There was one time when I ordered through the app and the drive through was blocked and the doors were closed. It would have been nice if they would've reached out notifing me that they were going to cancel the order so I can go elsewhere; instead of getting there and not getting anything and having to come back the next day for an order that was already paid for. Sometimes the app doesn't work and you're unable to order, they just say the app is down and aren't able to adjust prices to the promotions when you let them know their app is...

I remember Jack in the Box being really good when I was a kid. Probably because there was like one on the westside of town. Now there are about 30, and they all suck, unless it's really late, and you're drunk and need some food. But beware, for the drive-thru is dangerous at night when drunken people like to get out of their cars and fight. I once saw this dude get rear ended by someone, no damage, just a bump to tell them to move up, the guy gets out of his car and goes over and punches the dudes window. The window won that fight, cause his hand just started gushing blood all over the floor. He goes back and gets into his car like nothing happened. It was awesome, hence the 2...
