The Ultimate Paleta Experience! If you’re looking for the perfect ice cream treat, this place is an absolute hit! They specialize in paletas covered in rich, delicious chocolate, and the variety of toppings. From crunchy nuts, chocolate cereal, to fresh, juicy fruit, every bite is packed with flavor. The paletas themselves are incredibly soft and creamy, making them the perfect indulgence. Our favorite flavors were the coconut paleta and the chocolate abuelita paleta. What truly sets this shop apart is the amazing customer service. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and made to feel so welcome. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you have the best experience. This is hands-down our favorite ice cream shop, and we will definitely be coming back for more of their mouthwatering paletas and exceptional service! Please note the chocolate paleta was not messy like the picture shows. My son couldn’t wait for the picture and quickly dug into his paleta. We can’t blame him, they are amazing!

We got the coffee paleta dipped in milk chocolate and pine nuts, with a side of sliced banana drizzled in milk chocolate. It was all so good and it was exactly what we needed in this El Paso heat. The customer service was actually the highlight of our visit, very welcoming and helpful. The tables could have used a little cleaning, but that didn't take too much away from the simple and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely visit again.

It's assembled right in front of your eyes so that you are able to properly examine the true authenticity of whichever you choose to acquire. I've never been here before because I never noticed it. I will attempt to venture here next time I dine in this area.

The service here was completely amazing. I believe that the lady's name who took care of us was Amely. She was great at listing recommendations based of what she knew. It was my first time going into this venue and her help really helped! The selection is also relatively good with multiple variations to simple ice cream lollipops. For example you can dip your "Paleta" into chocolate and then add like canned sugar or something like that (I cant remember). You can also add fruit to the order and additional toppings.
