The day came for Majoras mask 3ds XL release....I could not get my hands on the preorders because I work early..and I missed out. I was looking everywhere for this item and no luck and dissapointed. I tried at other gamestops but employees only had a 'I don't have anything" without even checking the system, many days later, I called this location and a very friendly voice answered And so I asked if by any chance any details on stocks....and I felt I was just gonna get a No, but instead I got a friendly "hold on let me check for you" and to my surprise she said come on down if you want to pre order I can get you one, I drove very excited and hoping no one would beat me to it, and upon my arrival I met Michelle, this super friendly, super awesome employee managed to get me a majoras mask 3DS XL system with no problem while everyone in the world was struggling to find them...I want to thank this employee so much for the great costumer service not only did I meet a n employee but she also recognizes me when I return which tells a lot about the relationship between employee and costumer , I have a great experience ever time I go to this store and I get greeted with so much friendship from Michelle, I highly recommend her to anyone ..thank you Michelle you really are an awesome person im so glad to...

Gamestops, to me, are filled with bad attitudes and fake facades of smiles. This gamestop in particular is the exception. They are so genuine when it comes to their knowledge and enthusiasm towards games. Not only that, but they will do things out of their way to help people. I've seen their manager print out papers filled with ps3 games, their ratings, and prices to help an indecisive highschooler decide on a game to take advantage of the buy 2 get 3 free deal AND patiently guide him through HALF the games. One of there workers helped a lady fix a flat on her car outside, and they always warn me from games with bad ratings, which I've never seen in a gamestop. These people are as genuine as you can get. They aren't just salesmen/saleswoman, they are members of this awesome...

The employees here are super friendly and very knowledgeable about their wares and different systems. I bought an Xbox 360 power supply and they let me know about the different options and were clear about the return and exchange policy, encouraging me to check the cable ASAP. They were very very friendly and also answered the phone quicky when i called ahead to make sure they had the item. The Game Stop in the Northeast did not even answer the phone. This was the second time I had been to this location and I'll be returning...
