Laurita's Kitchen — Restaurant in El Paso

Great food, great service, and happy employees! When I eat here, I feel like I'm eating with family. The caldo de res is very bountiful and the Chile de arbol is always spicy. My only complaint is not with the restaurant or the employees, it's with some of the customers. Many times, some will walk in and throw their backpacks, phones, or keys on a table before they even order their food to "reserve" a table. Many of those times have I seen elderly people who are getting their food with no place to sit because of the said customers that "reserve" their own tables. I understand that even if you did but up a sign that said the aforementioned, practically no one reads signs. You guys keep up the great job, some people have no morals is...

I had been wanting to try this place for so long because I heard their flautas ahogadas were so good . We were received by no one ... We didn't even realize the ladies that work it were the ones taking care of orders till they walked behind the counter . Malacarientas las 2 . Ni saludar pudieron. They looked at us like we were lost . My bf had to ask if they worked there , told them we'd like to place an order . One of the ladies simply looked at us and turned away . Poor service. I ordered for delivery and they delivered to the wrong location. Did not ask for my number and did not call to verify it was me. when you go the lady in the front is also rude. It was first time asking for my food delivered and will never get from them again. I asked for a refund and she would not give it to me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they said they didn't have any. I asked to speak to the owner of the restaurant and they said she was unavailable and hung up on me. TWICE!...
