McDonald's — Restaurant in El Paso

All you have to say about this location is if you go through the drive-thru they will pull you forward, no matter how much or how little you've ordered and when I mean they will pull you forward no matter what I've literally been there when 6 or 7 sometimes even eight cars are pull forward. I've never been to restaurant we're literally they pull every single car. also I ordered food they hand you your drinks first so your drinks are normally gone before you even get your foodbecause only thing they're concerned about this drive-thru time because that makes them look good and we know that's why they're pulling well you would think that your food would be really hot and fresh no it's not it's cold the fries are almost always never fresh.told a girl that my Fanta was watery and not right we'll she said would you just like another drink I'm thinking to myself I know that what you're supposed to do is go to the back change the syrup or check to search to see if it's good or not then maybe offer me the same drink I freaking orderedbut you know I haven't ran a fast food restaurant before but obviously whoever is running this fast food restaurant should be shipped and because honestly I can't believeDelta McDonald's that's able to hire a staff that is probably two or three times the size of any other restaurantI mean what I'm guessing is that the only thing that the management is looking at is your drive-thru times and just going there doing great. Let me tell ya—this place is the gas station allure of fast food. You roll in craving a burger and leave with fries smeared across your shirt, a mystery sauce stain, and the uncanny feeling that somebody’s chicken nugget vaporized mid-bag. But damnit, it tastes good.

I’m not a complainer but I’m complaining. The service was horrible tonight. It was busy so I expected to to take a while but I waited 20 minutes for 2 double cheeseburgers and a small fry. Get all the way back downtown to my room and and they are rock hard. I mean as in old. The buns would literally crumble in your hands. Then I open them up and the meat was dark brown...not over cooked but had been sitting there for a long while and they were plain. Not what I ordered. Call the store and was told if I made the 15 minute drive back and park in the pick up stall they’d replace my order. Get there called and waited another 15 minutes. Manager brings out the order and walks away. I check the order and they were fresh but had no fixings (ketchup, mustard, onion, or pickles). I should have been satisfied but at that point it’s been a 40-minute wait and I drove back for it. I wanted it corrected so I drove back through the drive thru, got to the speaker and told them my order was still wrong. I get to the window and they pull me up and still waited another 25 minutes!!! They should be ashamed!! It was just 2 double cheese burgers and a small fry. No modifications. It shouldn’t have taken 3 tries and an hour of my time. Not to mention the eye rolling from your managers....
