This restaurant was AMAZING!
My husband and I came in with a Service Animal, and the Manager was so sincere and kind and sat us right away. We were turned away from a different restaurant because of my Service Animal, which is against the ADA and breaks a Federal Law, but the manager and her staff could not have been any more accommodating in regards to my service animal.
The food was so fresh and the meats in the dishes my husband and I ordered was incredibly tender. It was the first time I had ever tired veal, and this was an absolutely great first time experience! The bread, olive oil and balsamic vinegar that came out before our meal to snack on was tasty and fresh. We ordered the Bruschetta al Pomodoro for an appetizer, and it was one of the best appetizers we have ever had! Both of our main courses were made to order (I had to substitute a sauce in my main dish, and that was followed, thank you to our waiter Alex!) and we had enough room to have a surprise birthday dessert!!
Thank you so much to this restaurant for making this evening so magical, for letting us dance in your outdoor seating area, a Huge thank you to Alex our waiter for not putting extra wine in my sauce and for joking with us and pronouncing all of the Italian dishes for us the entire night, and to the ENTIRE restaurant for asking if my Service Dog needed anything.
I commend all of you for making my surprise birthday truly a night to remember, and we will recommend this restaurant to everyone we know.    Read moreFirst of all it was my Anniversary and I had called to make reservations because we had other plans for the evening and it took over over 1.5 hrs before I got my dish. That was only because I asked how much longer it was going to take for me to get my dish it was only for two people and everybody else was getting their food. I asked to see if they could do something about it and all they offered was to give me a dessert I asked if they could at least take out the bottle of wine they purchased they said they would talk to the manager however only an ownerCan make those types of decisions I was really disappointed. This is no common restaurant I spent over $130 for two people and they couldnât provide a better customer service experience. The next day I called to speak to the owner and make a complaint multiple times the owner was not available finally I was able to speak with a manager let them know what my My situation and asked if I could please still speak to the owner they said they would have him return my phone call at his earliest convenience itâs been three days and apparently he still has no time to call back and even offer an apology. Any other restaurant has managers on That can make decisions on staff they donât need an owner to decide how you can compensate for providing a very unpleasant evening. There were only 2 waiters and place was pretty full. This was about 4 to 5 weeks ago and on a Saturday night. We ordered calamari which was really good and it came out after 45 hours of us sitting down. Our food didn't come out to 2.5 hours after sitting down. At first we didn't mind because we were having a good time with our friends. Although wait time was absolutely absurd. However our biggest disappointment came when the food arrived. It was so bland and tasted like hospital food, literally. When I said that out loud everyone agreed. Any how we ate it. At the end of the night we asked the waiter of wait time was normal and we nicely told him how the food was bland. The waiter informed us that the head chef was on vacation so the new chef I guess was nervous about giving the food any flavor. They should've mentioned that while sitting people down that wait time will be longer than usual and food shall be bland bcz the chef is on vacation. The prices were high. We spent 100 bucks on hospital grade food essentially. But even at a hospital the offer you salt and pepper which we weren't offered. The vibe here is nice so maybe go here for a cocktail only but not for food. Not worth it.
