Juicery Plus — Restaurant in El Paso

This place is a great juice bar with a wide variety of smoothies and other like drink options.

Today I came in for breakfast. I saw an Instagram story on it and thought, I need to shift my focus on how I tackle eating healthy so I came in for breakfast.

Juicery has plenty of breakfast options, but I am not quite ready to go full vegan so I was happy to see there were some carnivore options.

I got the cage free eggs & side. I made some slight adjustments cause I wanted a slightly heartier meal; and the staff worked with me on those slight adjustments.

I ordered an extra egg (3 total), with the Mexican Potatoes which were very tasty, and added a side of fruit. The fruit bowl has apples, pineapple, blueberries, and strawberries.

I was then happy to see they had espresso available, so I ordered a triple shot of espresso with a little heavy cream on top. Unfortunately, they did not have basic heavy cream, but they did have a vanilla cream option, which was a reasonable substitute.

The staff was helpful, and never batted an eye over my complex ordering style and that is something I appreciated. Give them a shot, whether...

I have to preface this by saying everything I’ve had at this place is 100% delicious, 100% of the time. We need more vegan-friendly, HEALTHY options in El Paso and this place is certainly filling that need.

That said :( ordering here is so complicated and so clunky. I was hoping using the app would make it easier but it doesn’t. If and when I successfully place an order, it ALWAYS takes over an hour for it to be ready. I order for pickup out of necessity, I don’t have time to wait an extra 40+ minutes AFTER I was told the order would be ready. This is the one reason I don’t come more often. Prices are steep but that is due to the economy, not the restaurant’s management - I wouldn’t be that upset about placing a $70+ order if it was ready when I arrive to pick it up. The time and money spent rarely makes it worth...

I went about 9:20 a.m. in the morning. No real enthusiasm or attentiveness as a new customer. Just took care of the basics and gave me a fixed option of tipping starting at 15%. (The customer service I received was worth 5 to 10%) I had to ask for a cream and sugar for my coffee which was not offered. Just not a cozy and inviting atmosphere. 😢 You only get one opportunity to make a first impression. Unfortunately it was a negative one. I'm sure the food is good based upon the other reviews.
