If Jaime the manager of the Whataburger is any inclination of what represents corporate Whataburger then corporate Whataburger is in big trouble with that type of representation! Jaime flat out lied to my guests that were from out of town and told them that they replace their burgers and instead all they did was remove some product put the sandwich back together and gave it back to them! The sandwiches were ordered without pickles because my guests are allergic to pickles but yet the sandwiches came with Pickles and a little sticker on the rapper that says no pickles! When their server corrected the problem and took the sandwiches back to have them redone they just remove the pickles put the sandwich back together send it back out to my guests and as soon as they've bit into it there is pickle juice in the bread! Yet the manager insisted they were Fresh Sandwiches! My question is if they were Fresh Sandwiches why is pickle juice in the bread? Or does Whataburger bread come with pickle juice already in it? The only honest person I spoke with there after complaining about this to the manager was George W! If it were up to me George W would be the manager for the simple fact he is so honest and Jaime would be taking out trash because all he knows how to do is lie to customers to cover their butt! George W let us know that he personally watched them remove the pickles and brought the sandwiches back out but yet the manager Jaime insisted they made fresh sandwiches but yet still had pickle juice in the bread! Now you might say maybe they were busy, no they were not busy there were only four customers in the entire restaurant and about eight employees! The receipt that was given by George W at the register to my guests say no pickles which to me means the person that is reading these in the back doesn't know how to read and get an order right or doesn't care to get an order right , they knew it didn't come with Pickles because the sticker was put on the wrapper that says no pickles but yet pickles were put on the burgers! That's just flat-out not paying attention to your job! I guess it's okay to work like that especially if you have a manager like Jaime that's going to lie for you and lie to the customers for you so you don't have to do your job right! From my standpoint as a retired businessman, if I had an employee like Jaime who represented my company and was lying to my customers he would be handed his Walking Papers! As a manager you should know honesty comes first !!! you lead by example!!! Therefore corporate Whataburger is having their future management being trained by this manager and taught to lie to the customers so how good is Whataburger going to be further down the road when it comes to dealing with clients and the consumer if all of the employees at this Whataburger are being taught to lie? Read more(RAW CHICKEN)!!!!! Back in August my husband and I decided to splurge and go here. Ordered online, took forever to get our food. I never complained at that time. Got home to eat, had a couple bites and noticed the texture was funny. When inspecting I noticed I was eating almost completely raw chicken. When bringing it to their attention they made me call customer service since it was ordered through the app. Was a long terrible experience that wasn’t ever rectified! Reached out multiple times to customer service through calling and email. Empty promises is the only thing I got! This place puts a bad taste in my mouth and I would not ever recommend!
