Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in El Paso

I'm usually not the one to post anything, but my experience was horrible. I went there after my 13hr shift for a pizza and breadsticks. Got home and the pizza was hard as a rock and looked at least 6hrs old. I never called them or anything. Went back a few days later, there was a crazy long wait. No problem. I ordered the $6 pizza and crazy bread. Then I noticed that the people were not wearing gloves while making the food. They were touching their phones, clothes, etc. On top of acting like it was a dance club. I asked about the no gloves and was told they weren't required to wear them. Me being a medical professional I found this truly disgusting!! I proceeded to ask for my money back and was told there wasn't a manager there to do that. I took the $10 loss and trashed the food. Horrible service and food. I understand that young people work there, but damn act your age. Won't be going back needless to say. I'll stick to PB Pizza, that's right...

PSA: Adult Supervision needed! From the moment I walked in it felt like a high school cafeteria, allot of gossip going on working with no urgency. First of all I ordered my food online, gotta skip the register you know. I get a notification that my order is ready so my daughter and I drive to pick up our order only to wait another 15 minutes cause our order was not ready(2 Extra Most Bestest). A little frustrated cause I'm witnessing no action going on. I asked to speak to a manager, which took another 10 minutes till I saw another employee approach me with airpods in his ears acting like the manager. I immediately said no your not and asked for the main manager. Another 10 minutes past he came out and gave me a corporate number to call that no one answers! Boycott...

You hardly see any nice people going into food places on Dyer but I went into little Caesars and I walked up to get my order taken after a gentleman but unfortunately that worker walked away as if I wasn't even there and I know for a fact she saw me. Shout out to Kayla, she saved everybody in there! she greeted me with the upmost respect and she was very nice. she took my order and gave me everything upfront with some extra sauce on my buffalo wings. She deserves a raise cause I know how hard it can be to be nice to people that comes in there but honestly people she respect the ones that respect you back and that's all I have to say.
