Pizza Hut — Restaurant in El Paso

It was supposed to be curbside pickup. We went online and notified we were in the appropriate parking. We saw another man in same parking have to go inside to pick up his pizza. After 10 minutes waiting we went inside and were told it would be another 10 to 20 minutes. Our online order stated pizza would be ready in 20 minutes and we got there at exactly the 20 minute mark. We went back to the car and waited. 10 minutes past and we went back inside. Another man had entered and was there to pick up his pizza. He was told it would be an additional 20 to 30 minutes. Once he left we were able to get our pizza. Her comment was they were understaffed. I can understand this and have no problem with the wait. But when we ordered online somehow there should have been some indication that curbside pickup was not available. We would not have minded waiting however not knowing that that option was not available and waiting outside in our car with no notice was...

This is the second time I use the drive thru and the personnel tell me the bell you drive over to alert an employee doesn’t work. I waited 25 minutes before a worker finally came out from the back and because I was upset and asked why they do not put up a note so a patron knows the drive-thru window is not in service. My order was a simple use of points only. However, the employee was rude and slammed the window in my face. I used to like this location now I won’t go out of my way to use this location. I counted a total of 3 different workers so why couldn’t one of them man the drive thru window knowing the order is a pick up. Very disappointed with the service and I am denied my order because I asked why they couldn’t have a note...

Dead! It was my husband's choice, (being it was Father's Day) and all he wanted, what's to try the "My Box", Pizza Hut new menu item, which comes with a personal pizza and an order of chicken wings. Well, I'm sorry to report, we never got the opportunity to try it. Despite the obviously empty diner, we were rudely informed, (from the manager no less of this Pizza Hut) that if we wanted to order anything, expect to wait an unimaginable 40 minutes. 40 minutes? I asked, Yes, she roughly answered, as she turned away and walked into the back area. Completely unprofessional, unpleasant & bad for business.
