If there was an option for “NO STARS” that would be my pick. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Very RUDE kids working that apparently did NOT enjoy their job! Old cheese was tossed onto my meatball sub and when asked if he could make the sandwich like he enjoyed his job he laughed and proceeded to make the sandwich even MORE sloppy with veggies and put wrong sauce. The turkey and ham on other sandwich was also placed in bulk and not spread apart as normal. Again no care for his job. Kid didn’t have a name tag was UNPROFESSIONAL and so was his buddy that had name tag of Felipe on his cap. Other kid said his name was Carlos after I asked but not sure. If you guys are gonna post hours please respect those hours posted! Says closing time is 10...its 730 and the place is dark and locked! Last couple of times I've come and it's been closed before listed times as well! Do you all just not want business?? Came last week again...almost 2 hours before posted closing time and the guy said he couldn't make the sandwich I requested because they were already storing items away for closing. Came in another time an hour before closing and the lights and staff were on and inside the locked store and the guy gestured that they were closed...might just stop...

On September 21, 2023 my family and I stopped by this Subway before we headed out to Arizona. Everything was okay until we got to my daughter's kids meal, at this moment a rude worker named Jackie refused to sell me herbs and cheese bread in the kids meal, which is a little weird since that bread IS offered on the app for the kids menu. She strongly refused to sell it and talked back with a rude voice. It's sad that I can't get what I pay for, my daughter was sad the whole night after that since she loves herbs and cheese bread.
