Rude, condescending and sarcastic manager.
Second time I visit their drive thru and twice in a row my simple coffee order is incorrect. I asked for an Americano with cream; both times got a plain black coffee. I also asked for a warm cheese danish and I got it cold. Wow!
The second time I definitely had to go back and address this with the manager. I went in to the store and told her. Don’t seem it helped much as she had such a bad and condescending attitude towards me. Facial expressions raising her eyebrows and short in her response and gave me her back as she said “I’m sorry for this next well get it right” - I don’t even understand how she got to be in management. Incredible!!! It’s not about an apology all the time, it’s really more about having people skills. You and your staff are the ones who gave me the incorrect product but yet you give me attitude?…

Read moreI was there Saturday 11/2/2024, 10:20 am. I placed my order in drive thru as I do every Saturday morning for the same two items. As soon as I saw them I knew the were wrong, the stickers were wrong too. I got down to return them because we had already been in the drive thru forever, because the person in front of us returned their drinks. I stood there awhile before someone asked to help me. I proceeded to tell her the what was wrong with the drinks. There were too many things wrong to mention, but what pissed me off was that she started raising her voice at me, there was no need for that, she tried to blame me that I ordered them wrong ( the drink I have been getting for the past month)or that I was trying to get free foam on a drink that comes with foam, so since she refused to make me new drinks I was tired of waisting my time and getting yelled at, so I asked for a refund. So I went to order my coffee with a friend from school, and the girl that was at the register it was a caucasian female with dark glasses was very rude, to top it off she told me they don’t carry Toffee nut syrup but with attitude. The next customer behind me was a Caucasian and she was very polite and gave her good customer service. When I try to make a complain I told this guy and he Caucasian too and he was making fun of me because the female was being very unprofessional and rude. After this incident, since they wanna be rude, racist, unprofessional and disrespectful I end up telling my friends/ family not to come to this place since they be rude and racist and go to a different one. So from now on I go to the one on dyer, north hills, on base and other ones where they are more professional, make me feel more welcome and don’t discriminate...
