My kids and I absolutely love this place! This is the 1st year we have visited the 4 water parks and I think they all have amazing staff (super vigilant and polite). Lost Kingdom in particular though, has the most polite staff at the entrance (female security guard and a gentleman that checks your bags) that are the some of the most polite employees I have encountered anywhere. They greet you as soon as you come in and they are quick to get you into the park. They do have to check your bags but they do it quick and apogize for the wait which is nothing. The lifeguards are also polite and very attentive. I would say the staff is what ranks number 1 at this pool although there's many other plusses!
Recommendations: Buy the summer pass! $59 for all parks, $45 for one park. Single day admission is pretty high at like $16-18. Plus, you also get to avoid the line to buy single day tickets.
Bring a cooler ($27 extra). I kind of don't like the extra fee but these are nice and clean pools and I get that money to pay for them has to come from somewhere. We usually take a cooler and pack it with sandwiches, waters, fruit and chips. They sell food here but we feel we eat healthier and cheaper with the cooler. They do sell food for about $11-15 (pizza combos, chicken tender combos, chicken sandwiches combos). They also sell ice cream. I see others posting that it is expensive and yes it is but its the same prices I see everywhere else. Buy cooler pass online to save time because if you buy at park you have to go stand in line too.
Things I love! Again, super courteous staff at entry. When we leave they thank us for coming and to come again. In El Paso? Yes, it happens here at Lost Kingdom. Lots of lifeguards and they are super focused on the pool. I am the type of parent that swims with my kids at all times but I still am glad that they are watching everyone. One time I asked one of them about time for pool break and he answered me without looking away from the pool. They are super vigilant on the pool! Lots of different pools for all ages (baby area, kiddie area, lazy river, large pool from about 3'10'' to about 11' (approximate). Life vests are available at entrance and throughout the park Lots of space to sit and relax for free (or cabanas...
Read moreVisited on June 7, 2025 (4 Moms, 2 babies, 5 kids). Parking was available, no lines for tickets (opens at 11, I arrived at 12). Military discount available at the counter for tickets. 48qt cooler allowed in for additional $25, I had a 38qt rolling cooler and was able to fit a 7lb ice bag, 9 large water bottles, 6 lunch packs, 6 bananas, and had room for more. Staff thoroughly check cooler & bags, then provide tag for cooler. Stroller parking area is by the check point since they must stay there. Plenty of seating area; come early for free shaded seats/tables; large pavilions and canopies available for additional cost. Staff, life guards, and security personnel were alert and courteous when they found the adults of kids who were struggling in water or kept running after multiple warnings. Life jackets are available, they work, but if you have your own bring it for better fit. The younger kids have a large water slide that lands them in shallow water they can sit on. There are 2-3 balls available for the basketball area. The water current in the lazy river is strong for the younger kids who tippy-toe in there. Adult supervision is strongly recommended so they can enjoy it vs panic from fear of danger even with lifevests. Separate pool areas for older kids and toddlers are available as well. 2 larger slides are also available. Restrooms were clean and also offer separate family restrooms. Food is available for purchase to include unlimited drink passes. We had a great time, it was my 1st visit and wouldn't mind carving time to visit again before...
Read moreIt is expensive for a simple Waterpark. The tickers per person was expensive enough but to also have a "cooler pass" to bring in a single cooler regardless of size. If you have multiple bags with food items try to fit it all in one bag or they will try to charge $25 per bag. We had a small personal cooler for the babies' milk and bottles but even if no more than 4 bottles and ice fit, they were not flexible at all. The staff checking the bags at the entrance were rude and would make snide comments when they kept telling us more and more items were not allowed in. No inflatables, no opened water bottles (even though hydroflasks and such were allowed in for other groups full of liquid), no lawn chairs etc. When one of the kids asked if they could just take in their sealed bag of chips they basically laughed and said "no, fit it on the cooler or get out to eat it in your car". We weren't even allowed to exchange out things from the cooler either. Overall the service staff was horrible. The only highlight of this place is that the lifeguards on duty were respectful, responsible, and were rotated frequently to ensure alertness. They definitely made us feel like the kids were safe. There was not a lot of shade in the pool area so a lot of sunscreen is necessary. Overall the kids can have some safe fun but as a simple, mostly splash park, it is unnecessarily expensive, rude,...
