stopped in for a cold brew and was rudely told there was none because they closed in an hour !?!!?!?! so i asked for a venti regular coffee and was literally corrected and scolded that there was no cold brew so i snatched a packet of "via" cold brew insant coffee and walked away only to see this barista walk around the counter and sit down with her "friends" and cross her legs, pull her phone out and start scrolling, this barista wouldnt make it in a stand alone corp. starbucks whatsoever she needs to be pulled aside for a 1on1 time was...
