3 days ago I stop by their Drive-through which apparently was not working. After having been there for about 5 minutes, one of the 2 guys working told me to pull up to the window were the guy throwing out the trash would eventually take my order. (Apparently he couldn’t) While waiting, I did see the other guy throwing out the trash, a couple of minutes later he comes to the window to take my order without gloves. Takes my order and minutes later, the other guy comes back to the window to charge me without gloves or a mask (he is literally 2 feet away from me without a mask). Immediately, I of course refuse to pay without seeing exactly how they were actually making my sandwich (I parked and walked in) . While inside one of the guys has the audacity to tell me they were following the Covid 19 guidelines (this was the same guy without the mask might I add). Read moreYes I drove up to the Subway restaurant and tried to order from the drive thru but the menu board was all but non-existent and I really couldn't order from it. I will add a picture so that you can see what I am talking about. So I went around to try to order from the front lobby from inside the store but there was sign up in the front door that said closing at 8PM. It was 6PM at the time and the door was locked. So I couldn't get in the front door. Then the employees started motioning me to from inside the store go thru the drive thru and I tried to tell them that the drive thru menu was virtually non-existent and that I couldn't order off it and they then ignored me. So I got in my car and drove away. That is the last damn time that I will go back to that place that is for darn sure. It was just terrible service. Read moreI have experienced multiple different days going through drive through waiting for a long time without any sign of service at the intercom. I had to even go inside to get service and come to find no employee wearing a head set. Might as well not have a drive through if employees are going to be inattentive!!!!! Or put a courteasy sign saying your drive through is not working if you are going to be using that excuse. Another inconvenience that tends to happen often is that employees have trouble and dont know how to add the subway points via telephone number. Why offer subway rewards and not have trained employees to be able to do so? My visits have maily been in the late evenings. Please get it together guys put yourself in...
