I used to go to this location exclusively. Now I doubt I'll ever return. Unfortunately, they now have some very dishonest people working there. My partner and I both ordered venti drinks and I asked about a coupon that was available. We were told that the coupon would be applied at the window, not on the screen. We pull up and they had accidentally made one of the drinks grande instead of venti (nbd). They said they would fix the order while ringing us up. Not only did they charge us full price after we asked for the coupon, but they didn't fix the drink. They dumped the grande frap into a venti cup that they had filled with whipped cream. You could literally see the tower of whipped cream under the drink. As you can imagine, it was disgusting and had to be thrown away. I don't get to have Starbucks often (I moved to a small town that doesn't have one) so I was really looking forward to this visit and this experience completely ruined the entire company for me. I even threw most of my drink away because it made me upset every time I took a sip. Read moreThe guy was very friendly and helpful, but they do prioritize the drive-thru. Here I am, trying to be a nice person, going out to pick up an order on a cold and windy night. There were no other cars, yet I was still held up. One of the baristas asked for my mobile order name, and after I provided it, she didn't mention that the Valentine cake pop was out of stock until I had been waiting for almost ten minutes, with my coffee nearly gone.
I did appreciate the stock of clearance items; they had some great things on sale, including some nice cups. The barista helped me with my purchase, which I appreciated. I will come again through the drive-thru. I only visit this location occasionally when I'm near or at the hospital.
