Went and bought two taco bell double chalupa boxes specifically for the box itself. Never was told that they "ran out of boxes". My card was charged and I was given bags full of food. What kind of horrible customer service does taco bell teach their employees/managers? This location ALWAYS "runs out of boxes" within a few days after starting to sell them because their employees steal them and take them home and then the managers dont even advise the customers that they are out of boxes. I called and told them about my issue and they basically told me that "well you got your food didnt you?" Well yea but I would have rather eaten somewhere else If I was going to get trash customer service. Ive also come here previously when they first started selling these and got 0 jalapenos on my chalupa when I always order spicy. My advise is stop coming to this location and start going somewhere else or at least to a location that cares about their customers. I also ordered a nachos bell grande which had about half of the amount of toppings as you usually get resulting in me throwing half of the "nachos" (stale chips with 0 toppings) away. Every time taco bell does a promotion thks location somehow "runs out of boxes" within a few days but at least the previous manager notified you before you made your purchase and wasted your money. Its actually false advertising to promote a box sale that you dont even give your customer. Take the box down or advise your customers beforehand before wasting their time and money. I LITERALLY asked first thing at the drivethru if they had any other boxes besides the chalupa one and they told me "no that is the only one we have right now, the only one we promote is the chalupa one", so I order it and get no box. This location should be reported to corporate because Im certain they steal these boxes for their friends and family so they can win themselves. DON'T COME HERE! GO TO THE LOCATION BY REMCON!! THEY ACTUALLY CARE ABOUT...
Read moreTwo stars is really just for the food portions. I didn’t have any real experience with the location, as I went through the drive through and used the app to order and pay. A quick aside, if you’re going to Taco Bell, do everyone a favor and get the app and place your order ahead of time. Covid was 3 years ago. Everyone has moved to mobile ordering. Now it’s time for you to do it too. The line just moves so much quicker, and you can even select the exact number of fire sauces you want. I’m just saying it’s time to embrace the app. Back to the review, what’s the deal with the volcano burrito? It’s supposed to be hot, it’s more spicy than their fire sauce, but come on? If you’re going to threaten my colon, then I want to feel the burn. Also, $4.39 for this tiny little burrito? And this note is for the folks who actually build the burrito: it’s ok if you spread the love throughout the thing. I mean, every time I get a burrito from Taco Bell, especially the burrito supreme, you get one bite of each ingredient with a little bit of beef through most of the burrito. Why not put a little of each ingredient across the entire tortilla before rolling it up? Nobody likes to eat their burrito and wonder, “didn’t they used to put sour cream on these,” only to find all the sour cream loaded up in the last bite of the burrito. I don’t know how they add the ingredients, I’ve never worked at Taco Bell, but I imagine it being this big gun with 4 - 5 nozzles in a line the width of the burrito. Each nozzle squirts out a precise amount of ingredients. That must be why you get one bite of each flavor. Maybe if they gave them a butter knife to spread it around then the burritos would be better. Taco Bell’s good though, no matter what people say, it’s good cheap food that tastes pretty good, imagine if they spread the love, then it would...
Read moreI had a disappointing experience at Taco Bell with an employee named Alexis (aka Alexandra R.). During my drive-thru visit, the AI system repeatedly messed up my order. After three attempts to clarify, Alexis rudely remarked, “It’s a Spicy Potato Soft Taco, not a Spicy Soft Taco; that’s why it was getting the correct order, okay ma’am?” This condescending attitude was unprofessional and frustrating. I've faced rude behavior from other employees at this location before, which seems to be a recurring issue. Instead of resolving the problem, Alexis criticized me, adding to my frustration. When I asked to speak to her manager, she claimed she was the manager, but when I insisted on the general manager, she said she was the assistant manager dismissively. I had to ask multiple times for the manager above her before she finally went to get the information. The reliance on AI for orders is problematic, especially since I was the only customer. This experience was frustrating, and the staff could benefit from better training in customer service. I will also be contacting corporate to express my concerns about...
