Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

Taco Bell has delicious, adorable food. The low score is due to how they are FORCING you to use their kiosk when ordering when they have two perfectly good registers and employees to take your order face to face. I much prefer the option like McDonald's of being able to order through the app, the kiosk or in person at the customers discretion. Technology in restaurants is killing human interaction. UPDATE: as of 6/23/22 the kiosk is still forced upon you.... But...I don't see a whole lot of people going in there. Also, not too long ago my son and I went in and there was a family that went in after us and I observed the mom getting frustrated, wanting to order face to face (but wasn't allowed) so she opted to go out to her car, go through the drive through, and then come back inside and eat with her family because the kiosk was too much. So again, when is taco bell going to realize, people still need that face to face interaction. Figure it out taco bell,...

I’ve never had terrible service like I did today. We got there & the cashier INSISTED we use the device to order our own food. While she went to the back to talk to the other cashier. When we get out food our order was wrong of course. Some tacos we ordered were missing our sour cream. (But they are very quick to charge for sour cream) As I go to take back the messed up order I wait to get some Cinnabon’s I did not get. The guy in the back asked the cashier that was standing there doing NOTHING to get them for me & she complained as she went to go get them. When she came back to give them to me she made a comment about how “everyone is pregnant” as my child was sitting in the back crying. When I get back to my seat I notice the Cinnabon’s are DRENCHED in oil! Then I take a bite of my taco (one I had ordered WITHOUT sour cream & I had huge blobs of it with little to no meat....

I went in through drive thru and they were closed 10 minutes before the stores closing time.

I pulled up and they didn’t acknowledge me, I sit there for 4 minutes without them saying a word. I pull up to the window and this girl comes and from afar she signals that they’re closed. She then walks up to the window, opens it, and says they’re “closed, we’re cleaning.” I asked “at what time do you guys close?” She responds with “we close in four minutes.”, idiotically. I just said “okay. Yeah.” while she closed the window in my face. There’s nothing else for me to do but to write a review. I’m also in the fast food industry and my store doesn’t close until the exact hour of closing. So it bothers me that when I go some place else they’re closed before the...
