Staying next door at Best Western Sunland, walking distance to Twin Peaks so we went. First time at a Twin Peaks. We did not know the twin peaks meant THOSE twin peaks, wow. The draft beer was VERY COLD! Ok,...on to food. Had a house dinner salad, mixed greens, I figured there would be some ice berg in it, no only funky leaves, only ok ( I didn't like the greens) and large. Husband ordered dinner cesear and received a chicken cesear (they did not charge for their mistake) delicious chicken, (like me, he didn't like the greens). We had the fish and chips. Fries were good. Fish was delicious, not greasy. Little strips, portion was just right. Good service and price. Good atmosphere and "scenery." ;-)

very good location, we didn't have to wait for a table, our beer 🍺 was very cold, the young lady who served us BIANCA was super friendly and helpful at all times, thank you Bianca.

Finally completed the trifecta of chain sports bars with beautiful women now that I finally got a chance to go to Twin Peaks, and this did not disappoint, as soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly by all the lovely ladies, I felt really welcome, the atmosphere with that lumberjack/jill was a nice touch, everyone was attentive, quick, and professional, especially when it got busy so quick. Great selection of drinks with their own homemade brews. The wings were delicious. Great place overall for everybody and I hope to come back to El Paso more often to visit this place again.

Worst service. We sat for 20-30 minutes and I had to go to the hostess to ask for a server. Our server had trouble taking down our order and the food and drinks came out at different times, cold and different servers, including the hostess, came with food that we didn’t order and it all came almost an hour and a half after we sat down. Someone from our group asked the hostess for the manager. Some other server came and asked what order was wrong and had an attitude about it. We stated we were being brought things we didn’t order and we were still waiting on two orders for awhile. Our original server came with the hostess and were still trying to figure everything out. We had 6 adults and 2 children in our party. Most of our group has worked the food industry. We understand back ups happen but we received no communication from our server. She didn’t check up on us at all until we complained. The manager NEVER came. I was brought the order I had just eaten and I said I didn’t want another order. I don’t live here and don’t want leftovers but they left it on our table anyway. We never got a discount and when some from our group asked for to go boxes, they came all broken. There were legitimate chunks of the boxes missing. As we were leaving I asked if they didn’t have a manager because they didn’t send one to our table. The hostess stated their kitchen was backed up so she was busy with that. Okay, fine. I can understand that but why weren’t we told that as we waited for the manager for an hour? Why didn’t we at least get a discount? I asked for a card for the manager.

Our waitress’s name is Roanne and Teresa Thomas was the manager this evening. I will be contacting the manager to...

Granted I am not from Texas, and I am unfamiliar with the franchise, but is no one going to talk about the outfits these girls are required to wear??!! I ordered pick up, as I was staying at the Best Western next door. The two hostesses I interacted with were very sweet and efficient. However, I was disappointed that no utensils or napkins were in the bag when I got back to my room. Very lackluster presentation...a slab of salmon with half a lemon in a take out box (Ok, admittedly, I LOVE that they gave me an entire half lemon). I had the mac and cheese as my side. The food was decent. There was nothing exceptional about the salmon, but it was tasty. A bit on the spicy side for those sensitive to such, but not in an overwhelming kind of way. The mac and cheese was different than I have had before. There was a nice sort of crusty cheese topping that I found very pleasant. Overall, I wouldn't call this the best meal I had during my stay in El Paso, but people have different tastes, and my intention is not to discourage anyone from giving it a try. Just trying to offer an honest review. That said, I am not a prude by a longshot, but I was just mind blown by the amount of a** and cleavage the female wait staff were displaying. I wasn't prepared for it, so just...

Probably one of my worst restaurant experiences in the last 3 years! Our server Julia was very sweet however she was over assigned tables at all 4 corners of the restaurant which left little to no time to attend to the tables in a way that was appropriate. Our overall time at the restaurant was just over 2 hours. We waited at our table for 20 minutes before we were greeted and our drink orders taken so we ordered chips and queso at the same time as our drinks. Drinks arrived quickly and chips were timely however there was a thin layer of oil across the entire tray of chips to the point of making the chips almost soggy.

Waited at least another 20 minutes to place an entree order of Fish and Chips and a chicken avocado sandwich. 40 minutes later the food arrived and looked and tasted atrocious. No breading on the fish and chips and what appeared to be cardboard in place of the toast on the sandwich. I even asked the waitress if she had ever had fish and chips and if she thought that was an appropriate amount of breading. After biting into the fish we determined it to be cooked slightly more than sushi. There was hardly an edible moment to the afternoon and left us hungry, dissatisfied, and wishing we had chosen another option for food. Thanks for...
