Be careful when you buy here. They may try to sell you a damaged computer which is supposed to be new with an unbroken seal. Before I arrived some attempted to murder me, and others aggravatingly assaulted me. When I arrived to choose a computer to buy, I was approached by a salesperson who claimed they did not have the list of computers I picked from the website. I then asked if they had computers with Windows 7 installed and he said no. Next, I said I would try windows 8 because windows 10 was relatively new at the time. He pointed out a few computes within this price range, and almost all had windows 10 installed. I finally picked the computer with windows 8. I heard laughing amognst the employees and whispering. They brought out a computer which seemed to have the seal that was tampered. I needed a computer quickly so I decided not to argue, and because I was already threatened by others prior to arriving at the store l bought it at the price of a brand new computer. When I arrived home I realized when I opened the box that this computer was used and damaged. The scews were colored in magic marker and worn on the flat end. The screen had small dents in it. Possibly caused by striking it with a sharp object numerous times. The keyboard keys were damaged to the point the keys were not registering or making proper connections. These people have conspired against me as felons with the FBI, NSA, Postal Inspection Service, State Police, local police, other gangs such as the Italian mafia, Puerto Rican Neta, etc. These gangs illegally plot to commit drug and human sale, trafficking etc. If they could do this to an individual such as me, who is not a felon, is a veteran of the USA military, former civil servant with pension still intact, then they could possibly do the same or worse to you. Read moreI had an outstanding experience with the Best Buy Geek Squad yesterday when I needed help resetting my brand new iPhone 16 Pro Max to factory settings. After being informed by Adriana from the Verizon store on Southern Park that Best Buy is Apple certified, I decided to give them a try. I was pleasantly surprised to find that I only waited about 10 minutes before being assisted. The team was incredibly efficient and managed to wipe my iPhone 16 Pro Max within another 10 minutes. I had been locked out of my previous device, the iPhone 14 Pro, due to my Apple ID, and not having the recovery key added to my frustration. What impressed me the most was that the Geek Squad staff did not harass me for my receipt, even though I had it on hand. Unlike my previous experience at the Apple Store, where staff were unhelpful and insisted on seeing the receipt at all times, the Geek Squad team was respectful and understanding. I also want to highlight how grateful I was that their assistance was free of charge. I genuinely felt a wave of relief when they helped me regain access to my device—so much so that I nearly cried! It’s clear that the Geek Squad excels in customer service, especially compared to my experience with Apple. Thank you, Geek Squad, for your amazing service! Read moreI had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Jalen. He left us standing there for 10 minutes while he ran back to his car 2 times. I guess he forgot his cholo rag that was hanging out of his back pocket acting like he was da man!! My grandson had received a best buy credit card that was supposed to have no annual fee and when he received his statement there was a 65 dollar annual fee charge. I questioned Jalen about the ethical practices of the store and he told me to shut-up and stand there and keep my mouth shut. This type of behavior not only reflects on Best Buy as a whole but on the Gen. Manager of the store. I've never been talked to by anyone so disrespectfully in all my life and will NEVER buy from this infested business again. So, beware of this fraud and deceptive trade practices if you thinking about getting a credit card from this company. They will turn it into a WHOA GOLD card like it is really something special so they can charge you a annual fee, late penalty ( even though you owe nothing) and interest.
