Dos Amigos Kitchen — Restaurant in El Paso

Wow! Two other customers were already seated, both men, separately. I sit down in the same setup of tables and chairs as they were at the front of the restaurant. A group came in and the older server tried to have me move for that party. There were no reservations. The older server tried to have me move for them. I told her that I wasn't moving. They had other tables that they could push together. They did that plus those other 2 men were almost finished with their meals.They could have rushed them to leave. So was it because I was a single female that I get picked on? I literally asked if it was open seating when I walked in and the answer was yes. My waitress was nice and respectful young lady. I won't be coming back when being discriminated because I am a single female who came before another party and was told that I can sit wherever I like. I spoke to the owner. Nice kid. I had ordered food over the phone after picking up my daughter from school. We both walked in, and a man sitting at the bar eating whom worked there starts taking to my very young daughter immediately. I immediately tell him I placed an order over the phone, as he's grabbing our food he continues to ask my daughter personal questions and doesn't even really acknowledge me. We payed and left. Sure enough my daughter told me in the car how uncomfortable she felt. I hope nobody else has this experience here, never going back. Wonderful service. Ordered food in advance for a party of 18 and the owner was very accommodating and was working with our order every step of the way. Everything was prepared and packed nicely. The food was amazing. We ate the pastor, carne asada, and chicken fajita tacos. The potatoes were cooked to perfection and you can taste how much care was put into the food.
