I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel. Me and my cousin were traveling as families from Dallas to Scottsdale Arizona and took this as a night stop. When I came to the hotel, they had late checkouts which caused issues to the booking. The staff showed professionalism and upgraded us to a different set of rooms and made our stay very comfortable. Due to the pandemic, they had limited breakfast choices which was understandable.
What made me write this review is the next part. My cousin forgot one of his shirts in the cupboard while checkout. We realized that on our way to the destination and called the hotel staff Vicky who made sure that housekeeping is aware of this and promised they will keep it safe. On our way back, we stopped at the hotel and the staff, Vicky and Becky tried to get to the locker and give it back to me. I made a mistake in the description of the shirt and pretty much made them check the entire hotel housekeeping areas for finding it. They were very courteous, calm, professional and moreover, wanted to help me as much as possible. By the time I realized the mistake, I had wasted so much of their time. Without any reservations, they happily gave me the shirt and thanked me for being a patient customer. I want to appreciate the hotel staff and to recommend them.

Read moreSo I've been staying at a Holiday Inn location for a few months now, and the housekeepers at this location told the team who I work for that I've been urinating in the bed. Urination obviously has a very strong scent and smell, and it travels and stains deeply into the mattress, but my mattress has none of these characteristics. I received a call from one of the lower level medical superiors 2 days ago about this, and I wasn't sure how to react. but reporting this to you seemed the most professional route to go because this is just a malicious attack toward my character and I feel an intense amount of anxiety working alongside my fellow peers now and also my medical health is being questioned which can effect my employment status. I used to feel the maximum amount of comfort at this location, but now I cannot hold my head high. I still would like to remain staying at this location because I just want to move past such an absurd claim, but I needed to share my story through the proper channels.

Read moreFirst time at this location, just everything you’d expect from a HI. Clean rooms, good breakfast, friendly service. At this location we got upgraded to a suite and were give a snack bag upon arrival. The only thing we notice was it was a bit noisy, all the hall noise and upper room could be heard… we thought it was weird we were on the 3rd floor, room 310.||Business didn’t go as planned and had to stay another day, this time we got a room on the 2nd floor, room 204, maybe just our luck, But the room above us I believe, super noisy, just seemed like kids were running everywhere, or really big folks moving furniture , don’t know!!! again strange since we have been using holiday inn after we switched from La Quinta brand 2 years ago, and never never had a bad experience at the Holiday Inn, but this particular location seems to have a noice filter issue!!.
