Subway — Restaurant in El Paso

This location has terrible service. They never have enough staff. I've gone on several times and I have on had to translate to person making sandwiches because he spoke no Spanish and all the people ordering in the line only spoke Spanish. Also, when I replaced chips for the cookies they forgot our cookies but because it was to go I didnt go back. Then today there were were 2 ladies. Unfortunately they had no meatballs but they do not close til 8pm. I dont know who was the supervisor but definitely the very tall lady refused to give me her name ( was not wearing name tag eirher). when I asked to speak to Supervisor. Obviously they do not care about the customers needs of having food ready. So I told them I was leaving to eat...

I ordered through uber eats and my order was completely wrong. The sandwich I ordered is supposed to be toasted and that wasn’t even done. The bread selection was completely wrong. Onions were added. The order is literally spelled out and literally everything was wrong and judging from the other review at this location whoever is working there obviously does not care about her job or the customers. This location obviously can’t follow simple instructions and need some retraining. To top it off I called to try to get some resolution and their phone number isn’t even working. Cold Cut Combo® I usually order in store, but since I'm at work, I did it through Door Dash. Usually, I have no complaints. This time however, there was essentially NO fillings. I understand that I may ask for a few different veggies, and that might make it big, but the entire sandwich had like I think 4 pieces of meat, 3 cheese, and minimal amounts of the requested veggies. Like, it was so little to the point I questioned if they made it into it. So, in turn, I mostly tasted bread... Not to mention they have special instructions turned off, so I couldnt even toast it, though that could just be me being blind. Not ordering online ever...
