Well it didnt even start off great. When we walked in it wasnt busy the drive thru had maybe a few customers that was it but the place was an absolute mess every table that we try to sit at was sticky and bot wiped down. Not to mention everything was sticky from the coke freestyle machine to the island that you get napkins and utensils from. A major turn off of the stores floor being sticky as well. The straws where empty overall 0/10 on cleanliness. The customer service on the other hand -100/10. Never had my family been so disrespected in my life. Here is what happened my little sister came in with me i had ordered my food first and everything was alright for the most part as the guy behind the counter was just talking with the people in the back. Fine it took a bit. Well i went got my order went to sit down. My sister went to order what she usually orders a baconator combo with a baconator sandwich just the sandwich because she has a coupon for a free baconator with a purchase of a baconator. Now we have never had an issue with using the coupon in this manner. They looked at the coupon and said that is not how that one works he then proceeded to call over another i guess manager to tell my little sister the same thing when she was a little confused when she explained she has gotten it at other store without a problem. Now they said it was just with a sandwich no combo and they can't change it. Didn't offer an solution just said no she can't do it call whoever you want we can't change there is now way around it proceed to talk down to her like she was stupid then the male employee that was taking her order jumps back in belittling her more to the point they call her immature for hassling them about something that could have been easly fixed. My little sis got upset and cussed at them for belittling her and flipped the bird and walked out. I get it not the greatest move on our part but when your calling someone stupid i could understand. More over as being and ex employee there are ways around it where they could have split the order where it was just the sandwich with the drink and fries separate leaving the sandwich by itself inorder for the coupon to work. With them not offering a more vaild option and not working with the customer to get it solved was very unprofessional. Plus the language used every disrepectful. Let me tell you i didnt have an issues with paying a little extra either for the fact i like their food. Read moreI am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service at the Wendy's on 7453 N Mesa St. My experience at 8:51pm was disappointing and below expected standards. I was not offered my receipt and had to ask two employees for it. The first, who I believe was Sebastian, ignored my request and abruptly closed the window. The second employee, a tall woman with blondish hair, similarly failed to engage positively, initially closing the window before finally rudely informing me “they put it in your bag.” My order included a four-piece spicy honey barbecue nugget meal with ranch dressing, which was noted on my receipt but not included. This required me to return to the drive-through, where the staff seemed irritated by my request. Additionally, my partner’s large lemonade came without a straw, while I received only one straw for my small lemonade and one Frosty. The lid on my Frosty was also improperly secured, resulting in a spill that stained my rug. Read moreABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I placed an order for 2 combos and 2 kids meals. The person at the window hands me the kids meals and says that’s all she sees on her screen. I literally showed her my receipt on my app and she told me she sees what I ordered and what I paid, but she doesn’t control it so call “the people that make the app”. No apologies for the inconvenience, no attempt to rectify the situation, no offer to provide me with the phone number to contact. Then I asked for a copy of her receipt and she tells me the machine isn’t working so all I could do is take a picture of her screen. It’s clear I’m not trying to get free food because it’s already paid for, but apparently “it’s out of their hands” to provide me with food that has already been charged to me. Even her screen showed $26.58 authorized on my visa but because she sees 2 kids meals, that’s all she gives me. REALLY?! She knows 2 kids meals are like $3.50 each.
