Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

We frequent 2 other locations, because my son likes the crunchy tacos. We came to this location on thrusday on our way to my son's practice, so he can have a quick bite before. The portion of meat couldn't have been any more than 1 oz. I understand it's a $2 taco & I don't want free food! But if that's the portion they serve, then they should be doing so at every other location. Which is not the case. I returned the taco & asked them to give me what they advertise on their menu & was helped by a woman who has terrible costumer service. I asked to speak to her supervisor Martin Gonzalez & he was just as bad! They're both an EMBARRASSMENT to taco bell. They clearly take no pride in their work place. They didn't care about adding another oz to the taco to satisfy their customer. I asked for his supervisors info. I got in contact with Lucia Luevano, she was understanding & apologetic for the customer service I received "from the food down to the service" (her words) Taco Bell, please train your staff better. So this review is not s reflection of this particular location at all. It was a very good, clean and excellent experience. The reason for the 2 stars getting knocked off is because their portion/value for the meals is not as impressive as it used to be. I remember that back a few years ago their 5 buck box had a lot for it and really gave you a variety and had a good portion size.

If they improve their meal deals this will be changed to a 5 star review.

I had the pleasure of getting customer service from an employee named Oscar. I am currently injured with crutches and one thing we are used to is having everyone watch you struggle in the things you need instead of helping. Well Oscar showed otherwise. Since I got there not only did he go out out of his way to help me get in the restaurant but personally attended my needs throughout my visit. My only reason to stop by too was to wait for another long appointment for my injury and the wait was well worth it.
