Taco Bell — Restaurant in El Paso

I went today to order food after my son’s doctor’s appt. It was a sleepless night of him being sick which is why I went to this appt and thought I’d get food on the way home. I pulled up to what I thought was the pick up window and nobody came but I thought it might be busy inside. I also never get Taco Bell so I don’t know which windows to go to. I got on my phone to text my husband about the appt while I had a second. I looked up and a lady is waving me down from the second window. I pulled up and apologized to her and she just walked away and shook her head at me. Like I was a child. The gentleman there was SUPER nice about it. But I left Feeling embarrassed. I work with the public and I would never act that way toward somebody especially for something so minor.. Just giving some perspective to be kind. You never know what someone is going through. Hit the drive through around 10:30PM on 10/29/21 right after I got out of my night classes, as soon as I rolled up to an empty drive thru menu I’m told they’re closed when online the hours are posted until midnight. I leave the drive thru only to see 2 cars roll up and have they’re order taken. I roll back in to the drive thru and have my order taken with no hesitation or told of any problems. Not sure if the cashier Danna, T. didn’t wanna do her job or what but when I asked why I was turned away I was told because the system was down. A little odd considering the 2 vehicles rolled up and had their orders taken not 2 minutes after I was turned away. On top of having my time wasted they messed up my order. I would not recommend here if all you want is a quick meal considering there’s a McDonald’s, sonic, and Whataburger all nearby who would more than likely be glad about having...

I just came into Taco Bell for a meal. Stood at the front waiting for someone to help us and after a good 10 minutes the person working the drive-thru said “If you’re ready to order you can use the kiosk.” I would much prefer the help of a person for ordering so whatever i continue. After ordering and not being given the option for a paper receipt (which i would’ve gotten if someone had taken my order) I try to get my drink cup, and after being looked at several times by staff it took my food coming out to get anyone to come to the front. Then, to top if off, i couldn’t get baja blast because the fountain spout was missing so it just shot syrup and soda water all over the place and my clothes. Bad job here guys.
