Flora Rooftop Bar and Lounge — Restaurant in El Segundo

Based on the serviced I received; I wouldn't return here again. A friend and I came on a Friday night around 9 pm. We went to the 6th floor for their "rooftop" bar and it seemed like it was seat yourself. We sat down and not to long later a waitress came and took our drink orders. She seemed pleasant but was very flustered and left in the middle of taking our order. She came bask and took the order and we waited for around 15 min before our drinks were brought to us. I would also like to mention that she recommend a drink to us only to later tell us that the drink could only be made upstairs and not downstairs. Well, what did you recommend the drink for in the first place?

When our drinks finally came they were watered down and did not taste good. We grabbed our waitress to let her know and she said she would take it to the bartender. Next thing we know the bartender comes to our table and was like you didn't like your drink, well I'm gonna take it off your bill Bc the bar is closed, and then she just walks off. We were of course confused wondering so does that mean we don't get our drinks? So the waitress comes back and I told her that her service was terrible; she never mentioned anything about their being a last call, and we aren't going to pay for any of these drinks. She couldn't even apologize so we left. I would never come back here again for that reason. The ambience is nice but they have horrible...

Be careful if you complain, the server can get mad really fast and if he doesn’t agree he will try to fight you or kick your @ss.

We were there on an empty day and we moved from where we were originally seated due to the high temperature from the fire bar (where the chimney is).

First time, this server told us that he was waiting a party of 6 (8:50 pm, they close 9:45 pm) and we were told to share another places with some one else (many spots available).

We stay there but was really uncomfortable, once we see a better place just before we were leaving (9:40) we moved there and the server come once again making a non sense comment ratter than making us feel uncomfortable: “ I placed you there because I’m arranging the cushions”

We definitely peace out and complain about it and then his attitude turn threatening as if it were going to fight us and yes mine was too because I was not expecting to receive a MACHO server trying to kick my @ss.

Experienced chefs are rarely taken by surprise by the impact of their work. They know exactly what they are doing and why. As I trudged to eat down the food as I stepped in Ac Hotel flora on Tuesday to try thier food. Never in my life have I been more embarrassed to try a so called European restaurant cuisine when there's nothing European about it . The food is a joke and I tasted European of high quality in other cultures too this food doesn't have the Qualifications or standards to be called European style restaurant. I stumbled walking across the kitchen that same night to see that they don't use gloves on a Tuesday night the chef is not going up to standards on safety protocol. My food gets handle with out hand protection the smell of cigarettes Lingering on my food I couldn't even Stomach it.
