I have been on a diet for the last month were everyday I have a beef rice bowl for lunch.. As can be imagined, this endeavor has had me visit a number of different Flame Broilers in the LA area. This flame broiler is closest to work, but I choose to go to the farther one either by LAX or in Lawndale.. Why? Because this FB consistently gives me less meat, and the meat itself is dry and nasty.
