I went to this particular Dunkin/Baskin a few MONTHS ago, ordered a cappuccino blast. The woman who made the drink had an excessive amount of makeup... after a few sips of the drink I notice an eyelash inside the cup on the whip cream. Couldn't have been mine since it still had the lid on. I brushed it off and haven't been there since until today, my son wanted icecream so I decided to go through the drive up and spoke to a girl. As I was TRYING to order the voice changed to a Male and then BACK to the same girl. STILL TRYING to order I hear her laughing and others laughing on the intercom, so I say forget the order I don't want anything and I drove off. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially dealing with food!! I wouldn't want to know what ELSE could have fell in my food with them joking around on the job instead of focusing on...
