Subway — Restaurant in Elgin

My cookies were missing from my order and i went back with my receipt for them and the girl told me she gave them to me along with chocolate milk and i told her that she must be confusing my order with another customer and i showed her and the older woman my receipt and said i checked my bag and the young girl proceeds to say i ordered a dark chocolate cookie with two regular chocolate chip cookies and i told her once again that i double checked my car and bag and they werent there and she just gave me attitude and gave me my receipt and just said "i gave them to you" like im not lying for $2 i just came and asked nicely but got some attitude in return i even went through our trash and my car because i felt bad but nope there wasnt any cookies in the trash or anywhere. I usually have a great experience here but guess i'll only come in the morning when i see the worker i have good...

Never honors coupons. Website always glitches and charges the card without fully sending the order. Its happened multiple times. I kindly asked the owner if he would make an exception because now i have to sit with this charge for a few days. I dont mind paying again but could he at least process it on the cash register so it actually goes through. And he immediately said no it was not his problem. I mean for this to happen several times to customer who goes in frequently and not make it right after the third time is pretty ridiculous and just goes to show they dont care about customers or the community theyre in. Bad...

Changed their deal of the day to exclude footlongs and did not tell me untill they rung me up, even though I asked for the deal of the day on a footlong and they obviously acted like I was getting the deal. Then when I rung out I said I wanted to pay using their Subway app, they said oh okay! And had me push my phone to the kiosk to pay...but it used the credit card linked to my phone, not the app. I had deals associated with the app, which of course didn't get used. So my sub that would have been 6 50 then 2 dollars off with my coupon, was now 9 50, definetly not worth it. I'll stick to other competent...
