Subway — Restaurant in Elgin

Be careful at this Subway. They are extremely cheap. They wouldn't return my GFs money for selling her a sandwich they don't even make anymore, but they said that it's their new version of the sandwich that they dont make anymore. They lied because they don't have melts anymore but will sell you a sandwich that can't make and just tell you that's their version. There's no difference between their version or that one right on the menu. Nonetheless, the sandwich wasn't for her, but for someone else so she tried to take it back because it wasn't the sandwich she asked for and they wouldn't give her her money back. So, she had to leave with the incorrect sandwich amd refused a refund. They were wrong and stuck her with their mistake and greed forthright money of a 6 inch sandwich. Bad business. That will be that last time I go there and will tell everyone else I know to beware of this Subway. They don't care about the customer,,, just want...

I recently visited this location, and I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I walked in, the place was spotless—tables were wiped down, floors were clean, and the food prep area looked well-maintained.

On this trip to this Subway I ordered my favorite sandwich that I order at every other Subway. When I was watching them make it, I noticed that this location uses less meat product than any other location. When the staff made my sandwich they put a couple small scoops of chicken for my order in their heating pan. It barely filled the cup half way up. At the other locations, they fill it to the line that is on the inside of it. I don't understand why they are reducing the portion size.
