That is definitely not the case at the Wendy’s in Elgin on Randall Road by Menards. My chicken sandwich had hard crusty edges like I have been sitting. Iprobably cooked 20-30 minutes previously. This location has no idea of the concept of what fresh HOT 🔥 French fries means if I dine in I requested that they make fresh ones if I’m in the drive-through and I’ve already pulled away and I reached in my bag and my french fries are cold like oh well screwed over again.

This place needs to learn about customer service and learn to accept their mistakes rather than blaming customer who is paying for food. I Ordered spicy nuggets and gave me regular ones, good thing I checked for how many ranch they gave me(usually I ask for more and always get 1) and found out they didn’t give me spicy nuggets . Went back inside and manager tells me next time I need to check my order on the screen if its correct (have four items on your order and good luck seeing the first item on order on that screen) - if it wasn’t clear why employee didn’t ask to re-confirm. oh wait I didn’t get the receipt either after paying for it at 1st window- I might have checked and corrected it with cashiers before proceeding to next window for pickup (on other hand I don’t ask for receipt either because I trust them they have...

Terrible service! If I can’t rate 0 stars i would! Emily took my order and was a very rude and disgusting human being who shouldn’t be working in fast food if shes so miserable. I’m barely recovering from brain surgery and shouldn’t have to deal with incompetent people just because they are unhappy with their lives. My order was COMPLETELY wrong and when I called the store to let them know they messed up my order, Michelle who’s the “supervisor” answered the phone in the most rude manner and basically told me she doesn’t believe me. I demanded she replace my order when I come in tomorrow cuz I was already 30min out and wasn’t going back tonight. I work very hard for my money to give it to corporations that don’t care.
