Only giving them 2 stars bc they had the chicken wrap but overall experience was horrible, started with being super unorganized in the drive thru. 3 different people trying to take my order at the same time. I would start talking to one and another would jump on asking to help me. Finally we get through the order taking process and get up to the window. The guy was really short with me at the window. Total was $51.92 and he quickly gives me $5.08 and walks away without giving me a receipt. I get to the 2nd window and ask for a receipt. The lady was friendly and honestly if I was the only one paying for the order I wouldn't have cared about the $3 but it wasn't my change so I let them know I got the wrong change. Now to the food. I ordered 2 baconators a chicken sandwich and some pretzel bun pub and a wrap all meals. None of the sandwiches had the pretzel bun which is the whole reason the sandwich was ordered and the "baconators" were just single bacon cheeseburgers with nothing on them just 1.5 pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese. And to top it off the fries were cold. And we didn't wait to get home to eat them. We pulled out of the ridiculously confusing parking lot and started grabbing fries that were cold. Read moreI went there tonight and gave my order. I paid and pulled up. The girl (black and yes it’s important to mention this) gave me my drink dripping wet with pop or water or whatever with no napkins or straw and told me to pull up. I did. I waited. Then this other girl comes out and says here. In the bag we’re fries but no sandwich no straw. No napkins. I said wait where’s my sandwich? She went and came back out and asked what sandwich I had. I told her and she went back in. A few more minutes and she came out with my sandwich. Again no straw. No napkins. I went in and got them myself. I said to the manager you forgot my straw and napkins. The manager (also black) became very hostile with me as I started to tell me problem. She kept interrupting me and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say. No apology or anything but started to argue with me and what do you need. Waited 10 minutes to get food while it was completely devoid of business other than a single car that pulled up behind us well after we ordered and were waiting. I received two Jr. Biggie bags, one of the sandwiches didn't even have tomato or bacon on it, and everything else on that order was cold. I called to see if there was anything they could do for me and no one answered the phone- but even as I write this- they are still open. Normally, I have decent experiences here, and I also did come half an hour to close, so I'm only rating a 3 star rather than lower due to it not always being like this. Hope those employees are getting paid well cause from this trip it doesn't seem like they get paid even close to enough to make sure that an order is right. All said.
