If I could give this store no stars that would be exactly what I would do. I called ahead when Wing Stop opens, and placed an order for Super Bowl Sunday. My pick up time was for 5:15pm. I got there at 5pm, and had to wait in line until 5:17pm. I did expect that to happen. You would think that my wings would be ready when I got there. The exact opposite. The people working were so unorganized. Some did not know whether they should take an order, or to help prepare an order. Then there was a girl working, and I am not sure what her role was, but she was not wearing the traditional "Wing Stop" shirt, she was in a tank top, and looked like she was going to work out. I had to ask on several occasions what was going on with my order. I really got annoyed when it was 5:45, and I still did not get my order. There were several people coming back into Wing Stop because their order was incorrect. Another couple who came close to 20 minutes after me received their order before me. I could clearly see on their ticket that their pick up time was for 5:30. When I said something about that, some disrespectful fry cook in the back came up front, and started yelling at me. Saying if I do not like it I can get my money back and leave. I ended up walking out with my order close to 5:55pm. I might as well had the rest of my family come meet me at Wing Stop to watch the Super Bowl the rate that they were going. Then to add insult to injury, the fries were not completely fried, and were soggy. Our garlic parmesan wings did not have any taste to them, nor was there any seasoning on them. They were basically fried with oil drenched on them. This Wing Stop acted in poor taste, and the food was horrible. Do not waste your time going...

Went here this afternoon and was blown away at how one play could do so many different things wrong.
Ordered a ten piece. During my wait, 35 minutes after ordering, there was an employee pacing between the tables swinging his apron around. Which was extremely awkward.
When given my boneless wings, each of which smaller than a chicken nugget and partially covered in sauce, I was told I needed to pay extra if I wanted blue cheese or ranch. They don't include a single one and don't inform you until after you've paid and waited!
I then went to grab a fork, only knives and spoons available. I asked for one and was told they didn't have any forks. Well, guess it was a good thing the dried out, mostly batter, deep fryer chunks only had a speckling of sauce otherwise I'd have to worry about getting my hands dirty.
Save your money, time and, frustration and buy chicken nuggets from the...
Read moreThis actually is a bash against door dash, although they are hired by Wingstop, so they are accountable too. We order 20 wings for delivery. Confirmation email says wings will be delivered 5:56 p.m. that time rolls around and no wings....just so happens at 6:10 p.m. walk by front door and see a bag on the porch. Low and behold the bag is from wing stop. Its 40 degrees out and, as you can guess, ice cold wings. The door bell was never rung and not even a knock. I would know, because we have a dog that barks when the wind blows. Call the store...they say they will call door dash and give them. My information. Have not heard from anyone. Shame on Wingstop. It is your reputation on the line.
Went from 1 star to 5!!!!
Heard back from Wingstop. Door Dash is going to reimburse the store and credit back our card for the meal. Thanks for standing behind your customer service. I will continue to do...
