Worst service ever as fas as the time it took to receive my ordered food. We waited 20 minutes and then my son was told they were waiting for fries. We didn't order fries + were already told they were waiting on the onion rings. I'm a diabetic,+ told the young lady that,+ I came in needing to eat + was about to pass out. She made some sort of excuse blaming a new girl. Finally the food came. I looked in the bag, saw fries, + was about to eat them, so I didn't pass out. My son tells the young woman I ordered onion rings, + asked her if he can have the fries. She says I already gave you a large fry, as she takes it from him, and proceeds to throw it in the trash, right there in front of us. I was floored as we have by now been waiting 30 minutes. With such a long wait, we weren't offered an apology or anything. When she put the long awaited onion ring in the bag, I told her how evil it was to throw away the fries as I was about to eat them. Read moreI visited branch in Elizabeth as a tourist while waiting for my flight from Newark airport. It was on 20.9.2019 in the afternoon. I tried to order my meal using your "self-service" touch screen. My credit card was declined - twice. Some technician who was working on the second terminal suggested it was broken and I should order "oldschool way". So I ordered my meal and used my card (that was declined twice 15mins before) successfully. What is the problem? Well, I checked my bank account and I can see I was charged those two declined payments as well om 23rd September.
It would be really nice to get my money back. I am pretty sure I did not perform those payments on 23.9.2019 as I was already back in the Czech republic. I guess 23.9. is a date when those terminals were fixed and all the payments in cache were processed!! I tried to contact Elizabeth branch twice via email but they do not reply. I contacted official Burger King Facebook site. I even reported complaint! Nothing!!

Read moreHorrible service , the people working there look like hate life in general , the lady that took my order never look at me directly looked like she was annoyed I was even there buying, the girls in the back working on the burgers worked very slow walked around in slow motion like they didn’t even want to be there my order took more than 30 minutes to come out just like the rest of the people that were there, and I only ordered a medium size whopper that’s it! For sure the worst Burger King I have ever seen. Like 15 people croweded waiting for their food and another 10 in line to place an order and everyone working there did not care a bit. The only one that actually talked to the people nicely was hopefully the manager which obviously no one there probably listens to him. Poor guy I feel sorry for him.
