The general manager Melissa was not professional at all and Romina did not help either . We went in to exchange a pair of glasses that we were told were Evolve and turned out they didn’t transition at all. A nice gentleman informed us that we were able to do it and that if we decide for a 2nd pair we would get their 30% off promo. After an hour of deciding our glasses we went to finalize and Melissa came out and refused the exchange. She had an attitude saying that we had made 2 exchanges previously and that they weren’t going to help us. We were treated very poorly. We were willing to buy the 2nd pair and stay with the original glasses since she refused the exchange but she didn’t even want to give us the promo even after we told her over and over that we were fooled about the Evolves and Romina didn’t even bother to convince her either she was like sorry but she’s the boss. I bought a sunglasses from this store for around $450-$500 and the cashier told me that I can have an insurance for it for a year and they can replace it with the new one in case any accidents or lost happen. I paid around $20 for insurance and my glasses got damaged and I came back to replace it with the new one before the warranty expired. They asked me to pay for $80 as a co-pay but I was told the opposite when purchasing this. Then they told me I can come back and return it if I’d like within 30 days. A few days later, I decided the return it and visited the store. They told me I cannot return it and I’m stucked with these glasses!!!!! What a poor management!!!! Don’t let them fool you to purchase more and pay some additional fees to get some cool features. You cannot get whatever you were promised. If you’d like to have a disappointment, go for it. Read moreI had a really bad experience at this store. I bought a pair for my wife and decided to return one of them. When I reached to return it, person said that it has scratches and has a chip, honestly there wasn't any and no scratch on the glass. Person was trying hard to find the scratch. I asked to show it to me and I couldn't see one. It was unused and not even tried once besides store trials.
