I’m reaching out with genuine disbelief over what happened during my recent visit to your store on the Fourth of July.

After spending $35 on your products, I simply requested two spoons so my family could enjoy the dessert together. Shockingly, the staff refused. I asked politely and explained our situation, but the response was dismissive and frankly cold.

It’s hard to understand how a brand known for indulgence and customer satisfaction could allow such a petty policy—or worse, such poor judgment—to overshadow a special holiday moment. For something so minor to become a point of contention, especially after a sizable purchase, left us feeling not just disappointed, but disrespected.

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. At the counter, the woman was hesitant to give me an extra spoon for the cookies and cream sundae I had just purchased. What bothered me most was her response—she insisted I would need to pay extra for it. I explained that I’ve been to this store many times, and this has never been an issue before.

Instead of resolving the situation, she rudely took the spoon back, told me to “just get out of here,” and refused to give me another spoon. She then completely ignored me and started serving other customers as if I didn’t exist.

The selection of flavors is remarkable, showcasing everything from classic favorites to unique, seasonal offerings. The ice cream is incredibly creamy and rich, clearly made with high-quality ingredients.
