Burger King — Restaurant in Elizabeth

All the years I've lived in Elizabeth & now years later that I've moved out of Union County this Burger King has always been disappointing. The service in the drive through that should be meant for fast service does not get the concept. Had to wait 5 mins for them to notice that a car was trying to order until a 5 car pile up behind me had formed; that's when he took my order. I placed my order, I was charged, handed my drinks & told have a good day WITHOUT MY SONS MEAL! After about 3 mins of waiting at the window I was asked to park & they'll bring my food out. 10 mins after I decided to walk in to find out that the person who took my order gave it to another customer, meanwhile the rest of the staff just stood behind the counter looking instead of moving towards making a replacement meal. This business is run with Prejudice ignorant employees. Including the Illiterate so called manager who doesn’t have proper Punctuation to speak English to customers. The food Quality is handled with some people not wearing gloves and is a very disgusting hazard that the Department of health should inspect his place and have this place shut down. The atmosphere inside is very disgustingly dirty and not cleaned and very careless employees. Just picking up a check.. Be aware if you’re planning to come here and eat because they’re very unsanitary and it’s against health regulations to why handle food with no gloves and no proper health protection between each other especially the manager in India is very ignorant and doesn’t care and treats customers with a very disrespect prejudice. This place should be shut down 100% and the employees in there...

Only on person in front and took almost 10min for person to leave since there was an argument between what seem drive thru personnel and customer.

Location barely has any customers the few times I have gone.From the outside many of these Bk restaurants have changed there "face" look, etc.. which is nice, but inside, staff I incounter are standoffish. If being a BK employee is so bad, it is not customers fault, no need for the attitude. I remember maybe 10+ years ago it was not like this, diversity in staff and respectful. Unfortunately few times I go back, I regret it. This experience has been with all 3 Bk in Elizabeth thus far, and linden, in the past year and a half. Prefer from now on going to other places vs BK.
