DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT NOT NOT PARK HERE!!!! Literally rude, arrogant, low life scum running this place! Traveling is stressful enough especially when you're traveling extremely early in the morning and returning late at night! From the moment I called to confirm my booking on the way to the airport. The rudest women who goes by the name "Abir" picked up the phone, once I said "hi I'm confirming my reservation." She literally hung up. WHAT!? Since the price was decent and I had a flight to catch I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and went anyway, thinking maybe she hung up by accident? (big mistake). She was rude to me from the moment I walked in, it was pouring rain and the shuttle took forever to come to the front. They claim that they help you carry your bags, NOPEEE!! Lie number one. I finally get to the airport an hour later. So now fast forward to the return. It's late at night I'm ready to be picked up. I literally call the number they gave me 15 times, what'd you know!? NO ANSWER. I was talking to some of the people at the airport and apparently this parking site is notorious for leaving you stranded, especially late at night/ early morning since apparently that's when they change their shifts! What a joke, most defiantly not 24/7! Now it's 2 hours later and NOTHING still no answer so I had to pay a third party to drive to me my car. I got there and the woman, ABIR is sitting there doing absolutely nothing, decides she's not giving me my keys since I called to many times!? LOL. Mind you I had paid everything in advance!! I finally call 911 and as I'm on the phone a man "Ehab" magically comes out, who's somewhat competent and makes her give up the keys. Now they give me the keys but refuse to tell me where the car is??? We finally got out of there I WILL never use them again. Don't be fooled by the price they claim they're the cheapest, however they add random fees and refuse to tell you the breakdown. Do yourself a favor go to one of the many other long term Parking's surrounding...

I have been parking at this location for approximately 5 years and over the last year the service has drastically declined. I parked there this year on dec 2 to dec 6. The lady behind the counter was rude and not helpful . The van was run down and smelled but the driver was friendly which made the ride barrable. Upon my return, I waited over 35 minutes to be picked up at the airport and after 3 phone calls and many excuses from the person on the phone I was picked up. I simply chalked that trip up to just a bad day because all my past experiences were favorable. Last week I traveled again with my family and the same type of horrible experience. Upon arrival I was told by the same rude counter lady that my van would be an additional $30 due to the size. I explained to her that I have parked this van here for many years and have never paid more than the rate I paid upon booking the reservation. We discussed the issue back and forth and during our discussion I noticed their add on the wall which clearly states that larger vehicles would be $2.60 more per day. My trip was from Jan 2 - Jan 6 so at the most the additional fee would be $13.00. The counter help, which she tells me she is a manager, said that does not apply to online bookings. I asked her what other type of bookings does it refer to and she could not tell me because their is no other type of bookings. After 15 minutes of discussion I had to leave to make my flight so I ended up paying $30 more so instead of their advertised rate after taxes and fees of $54 which I paid upon booking at $9. 00a day I paid $14.00 a day for horrible service. To top it all off when I returned home from my trip to the shed that they are set up in another counter person was just as rude. They act like you are doing them a favor by parking there. Never again will I use EWR parking and be careful because they also go under the name of Motel 6 which is right next door. This company is run by a bunch of...

Anyone who truly wants a real review, please read this over. I was traveling to Florida for a week and somehow, this place came highly recommended. Clearly I should’ve done by research better. They offer you free valet service, but only had two people working in the middle of the day, one to drive people back and forth to the airport and one to check everyone else in. Therefore I had to park my own car. Also, we were told the shuttle ran every 15-20 minutes, reasonable right? Well they took about 40 minutes and even after missing my terminal, the driver refused to drive me back saying that’s not his problem and to take the train. Upon coming back, I was told this place was HELD UP AT GUN POINT FOR A ROBBERY. Literally the night I left it was robbed and my key fob was stolen, think they’d call to inform me to make arrangements for when I came home? Nope. Then, upon them calling a locksmith, the manager just left without saying a word to anyone and me refusing to pay for it as it was not my fault, tried to get in contact with the owners who refused to answer the phone. Thankfully one of the employees, who I will say was professional, clearly overworked and underpaid by these horrific owners, paid for the fee. Needless to say, the manager who runs the place, the owners, are terrible with customer service, and can’t provide security for your vehicle. I’d rather walk to the airport next time than park in that lot again. Also check your credit card statements the owners have been known to charge separate charges through your account.
