Title: Disappointing Experience with Overpriced Drinks and Unreasonable Policies

Review: I recently visited Lobby Bar Restaurant and, unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience. The establishment seems to be losing its charm and is being overshadowed by a run-down club.

Firstly, the prices for drinks and hookah were unreasonably high, and I felt like I was being ripped off. Moreover, I was surprised to learn that in order to sit at a table on the patio before 10 PM, I had to spend a minimum of $35 per person. If it was after 10 PM, I was required to either purchase a bottle priced between $250 and $400 or leave the table. On top of that, there was a door charge of $20 or $25, depending on the time.

The quality of the drinks was also disappointing. They were watered down and overly sweet, which made me question their value for the exorbitant prices charged.

To make matters worse, the atmosphere became overcrowded, almost resembling a teenage hangout, after 11 PM. It left little space to move around, let alone dance.

All in all, I left Lobby Bar Restaurant feeling let down and dissatisfied. Unless you are willing to spend a significant amount of money on diluted, sugary drinks and tolerate an overcrowded environment, I would not recommend this place. My 5 Recommendations Adjust Pricing: Reevaluate drink and hookah prices to ensure they are reasonable and offer good value to customers.

Flexibility in Seating: Consider revising the minimum spending requirement for patio tables to provide more options for customers and improve their experience.

Improve Drink Quality: Pay attention to the quality of drinks served, ensuring they are not watered down and have balanced flavors.

Manage Atmosphere: Take measures to address overcrowding in the evening for a more comfortable atmosphere.

Enhance Customer Service: Focus on training staff to provide attentive and friendly service, addressing customer needs and concerns...

The host do not speak English and are very rude. They do not understand basic concepts regarding customer service. My husband & I attended this place and were inconvenienced by having to move tables 2x due to an AC unit leaking on our head and food. No one apologized for inconvenience simply offered to move us but asked that we close the tab before moving us to another table/area-weird. We closed the tab and moved. In that other seating area i invited a friend to sit with us a friend and ordered more food and drinks. Note, I informed the first waitress my friend would be coming. When I seated my friend as informed, the restaurant host came and removed the chair from my friend, and indicated to my husband that my friend needed to stand up. Why would any paying customer eating & drinking with an abundance of chairs be asked to stand and eat? Even though, the establishment had plenty of empty chairs and tables. This made my husband and I very upset. They offered no other accommodation for our party of 3 in establishment with plenty of space and abundant chairs, simply because their policy on chairs. So after much back and forth about $50 chairs we decided to leave because it was not worth the hassle. The server brought us back a new bill charging us for food and drinks that we were unable to enjoy because they refused to accompany our party. Fyi upon seating they hold your card so when they bring you bill if you have any disputes its much harder because they already have your card, ran it, and only need your signature. Do not go! This place is amazing it’s so amazing that I am on here writing a review I never write a review on anything I went in it was very clean the 1st thing I seen was the staff looking like magazine stars the men n especially the females I call one bar tender Columbia and the other Bartender Costa Rica they peasants alone is nothing but comfortable and mouth watering vibes no freaky not one thing was out of place on em the 2nd thing is they Slushys with different alcohol beverage I had Hennessey passionate n omg they are not cheap with the Henny most places I have to ask. For.
