We have been ordering pizza from this location since they first opened, for pick up and delivery.

We order at least 1 or more delivery pizzas a week, and have only ever been disappointed one time. Ordered extra toppings and when the pizza was delivered, it did not have the adequate amount of extra toppings that we ordered and paid for. We were disappointed and surprised, because this pizza was nothing like the pizzas that we had been consistently enjoying and very pleased with, from the Elizabeth Dominos.

Upon discovering this poor quality pizza, we immediately called the Dominos in Elizabeth, where it had beet ordered from, requested to speak to the manager, and explained our concerns and complaints about the pizza that had just been delivered to us.

The manager was professional, very attentive, extremely open and apologetic, concerning the disappointing product that we received.

He not only apologized in a manner that clearly communicated that he heard and understood our complaints, and then also immediately asked if we would be open to giving he and his employees another chance to remake the pizza that we ordered and deliver to our home at no charge. We were not able to take his kind offer at that time. He then immediately asked if he could refund the entire purchase by giving us a full credit on the credit card that was used to purchase the pizza. We gratefully accepted his request and very pleasantly surprised by the entire experience!!

The entire phone call with the manager at the Elizabeth Dominos, to explain our concerns and complaints, that were immediately acknowledged, addressed and handled in a professional manner, which included a full apology and refund, lasted no more than 2 minutes!!!

Way to go ELIZABETH DOMINOS!!!

👍 The next time we ordered a pizza from the Elizabeth Dominos, it was delivered at no charge, and was to the highest expectations to every detail of our order!

As soon as we enjoyed our delicious pizza, I called the manager at the Elizabeth Dominos, and fortunately, the manager that had received our "Complaint" phone call, who addressed our complaints with such professionalism and courtesy, was working that evening.

We were happy to let him know, again how much we appreciated everything that he had put in motion, to make up for the one poor quality pizza, and that the pizza we had received that evening was PERFECT!!!

What a bummer! We’ve used this location since they opened. We have always gotten delivery with no problem, but always had to call since we are on a “court” and not “drive” which their system doesn’t recognize. In reality I think we are 100 ft away from the drive which is in delivery area? Again, we’ve always gotten delivery without an issue and always tipped drivers very well. Tonight we made an order and were told they changed their delivery area. No apologies, just pretty flat out rude. So instead of driving to town and carrying out dominoes, we ordered Buzzards carryout instead and will be patronizing that restaurant for pizza from now on. Sorry Dominoes, you lost a...

It was pretty good. I recommend waiting for a good coupon to order.

Also , while the Brooklyn style pizza was pretty good, It is very very thin, if you get no contact delivery like I did, so the dog didn’t try to run out the door . Be aware that even though you may pick up the pizza right after the driver leaves, that could still be enough time for it to get cold. As it is a giant cracker with cheese on it. Still tasted good, I know it’s a franchise thing , not this individual location’s fault, but dang the the Brooklyn is thin. Pizza Hut New Yorker is thin, but this is like half as thin as that. .
