One star is not even deserved for this Dominos location. First of all, they are 0.5 miles from our house. A HALF OF A MILE. We placed a simple online order for a chicken sandwich and boneless wings at 11pm and got an estimated delivery time of about 50-60 minutes. Understandable for a Friday night I guess, and we were willing to wait that because we just brought home our newborn and didn't feel like making dinner or leaving the house. An hour and 45 minutes later at 12:45 we are starving and falling asleep and still no sign of our food. My husband calls and ask to speak to the manager and asks him why it is taking so long for our order. All he replies with is "the driver is on his way" with no care or concern in his voice whatsoever. He then asks for the phone number for the corporate office and the manager responds "you can find it online" and hangs up on him. 30 minutes later at just about 1:15am the driver shows up looking high out of his mind to drop our food off. The food that we waited over 2 hours for, after being given a 60 minute ETA, was completely inedible. I don't say that to be dramatic, it was literally inedible. There were practically no ingredients in the Chicken Habanero sandwhich my husband usually loves. It was basically a crusty old cheese bread with a few jalapenos and scattered pieces of dry chicken on the inside. The BBQ Bacon boneless wings I ordered were burnt into one solid mass and looked like they were an order left over and forgotten about from last Friday. After the over 2 hour wait, the $20 dollars we spent PLUS a $3.99 delivery charge AND being blown off by the manager, the least we were hoping for was to be able to eat the food we ordered and enjoy it. We ended up having to just throw it out and go to bed hungry because we didn't want to get sick from the way the food looked. I WISH I was exaggerating somehow, in any part of this story, but this is a fair warning to anyone about this location. I wish I could upload photos of how the food came but I guess since I ordered online and not by actually going there Google won't let me. But we took pictures and will be sending to their corporate office in the morning and showing anyone we can so they know to avoid this Dominos. This was the craziest worst takeout experience I've had, ever. Not sure I could ever even think of ordering from ANY Dominos after this...

What sense does that make? That’s the basic ingredients that makes a pizza... a pizza. I was on the app for 15 minutes just trying to figure out why after I chose 2 toppings the pizza was about $8. I made the options less sauce. Less toppings but everything made it about $7+. Until I just chose a medium pizza and that made it 5.99 I know it’s only a little amount of money to pay the difference but the coupon is misleading. But only to save $2 on the order.... it’s stupid in my opinion. To make cheese and the sauce 1 topping each. Might as well order some bread and decide what you want on that bread. That’s what that coupon tells me. I am a regular user of dominos and to just realize this is upsetting and frustrating. I personally believe that the stinking cheese and tomato sauce be the default before the two toppings instead of literally making the basic pie with no sauce, no cheese the default. Update: after reviewing a dumb coupon. I now have the issue with my local store. I’ve been on hold upward of 20 minutes. So I came back to change my review. The app tracker updated as my order being delivered for the past 45 minutes and since then I’ve been trying to get into contact with the store who has not seem to pick up. After about 5 minutes the automated voice message cuts off and it’s complete silence. I don’t even know if the phone on the other end could be ringing. This is terrible and completely annoying. Read moreWorst dominos ever. what this place has is all that you don't want from Food service. From employees hanging up on your face to managers rudeness. Sadly this is the only dominos local to me so i had the displeasure of dealing with them a few times. Always make sure they gave you everything before the driver leaves. A few time they forgot items and when you call to ask for them, you get a rude obnoxious employee. I have complained plenty of time to the 800 number but it seem like nobody cares. Don't bother placing a order late night cause they will call you with 1 ring and hang up and cancel your order OR they wont even bother delivering it. Then you have to deal with the bank on charge back. I have had so many horrible experience with this place that this review does not do it justice. I can write a book about the horrible service on this store alone. If you want reliability do yourself a favor and call pizza hut or your local pizza shop.
Edit** It's been 4 year and this place slightly improved. I would say from zero star I could not give it to a well deserved 2 star. They still forget items, and take ridiculously long. I had to go pick up my food cause the app said my order was out for delivery and 1 hour later still wasnt here. At that point I went in person and ask to remake my order. Only reason it got 2 stars was because the employee there comply and remade my order. I felt bad for the employee there, when I went personally to pick up my food they only had 2 employees working there and tons of orders. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Stop being cheap hire...
