Princess Nails — Local services in Elizabeth

As a previous reviewer said, Langy/Lingay (forgot her exact name) was terribly rude. For one, she doesn’t speak English, but I understood most of what she said.. I just don’t like to speak Spanish, as I’m not a native speaker.. not that I led on to that fact and she seemed to dislike that I didn’t “understand” her. She also seemed to be in a rush. And every time she got a phone call, she just had to answer it but continued doing my nails and wasn’t as attentive so I was left with some residue marks. She also overcharged me. I still gave her a tip as that’s just how I am as a person, but she will never get my services again.. Besides that I give her a 3 star because it’s been a very long time since I was able to pamper myself with new nails (since I’m a new mom) and I liked how they came out for the most part. Would I ever come back here? No. The women just sat talking and gossiping and I sat waiting for over 40min and got the rudest nail tech there. Please do better. Idk who says they’re super busy but I went on a weekday at around 2pm and was there for more than 2 hours, and they only had two other clients the whole time… one of the workers was even getting her own nails done while I waited...

I don't know what the deal is here. I don't know if they gave me a new nail tech or what, I wasn't told this but it was my assumption. For 2 hours she worked on my nails. She put the acrylic on and was shaping it, nail polish hadnt even been attempted yet. At the point of the photos she was still in the process of shaping them, I don't understand how it even took that long because anywhere else I have ever been to get my nails done would have already been done before 2 hours. I was running short on time so I had to just pay for what was done already and then I walked two doors down to bebe nails and they finished up my nails in 20 minutes and they looked great. The whole time I was in princess , people kept coming in and out with finished nails as I sat there waiting and waiting for this...

I paid over 70 dollars for a set of nails that looks like a friend with no experience did it. My nails weren’t cleaned beforehand. The lines were absolutely crooked on the design and the lady didn’t know what she was doing. The nails came out crooked. And the paint was not done well. The nails were also not done right because it didn’t look like a natural nail it was thick on some sides and thin in others. If I’m going to spend that much money on a set of nails I would want the person to be experienced and not get my nails done by a beginner they should make sure that each of the workers get a cosmetology license if they don’t. I wouldn’t go back here again and I’ve been here lots of times. It wasn’t polished well either they are not...
