ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! My husband i bought a 3pc living room table set with the coffee table and 2 end tables. Since we live in the area we decided to pick it up instead of having it delivered. Everything was great. Everyone was nice we left with out tables and not a problem. When we got home we opened the box to assemble the table one of the end tables was broken. we grabbed the pieces to the end table and went straight to the store. When we got there the OWNER decided it wasn't their responsibility that the table was broken. Her own employees told her we had left just 10 minutes earlier. She insisted that they would only fix the table at a cost. I REFUSED to pay for the table to be fixed. She insisted on arguing with me that it was store policy that if i picked up the items that it was my problem. She even scolded an the sales person who sold us the tables in front of everyone in the store for not telling us the policy. Wouldnt even allow me to return it. said if i returned it she would return my money but charge me for the broken table! the entire time she was nasty and didnt even look me in the face while speaking to me. Just because shes the owner she thinks shes too good to look people in the face when speaking to them AND SHE TALKS DOWN TO HER CUSTOMERS! ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I don't give reviews often, but I had to share the wonderful experience I had at Pitusa Furniture Store. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a beautiful smile by Yudelka, which she wore throughout the process she spent walking me through not only items on the sales floor, but items in books, online, and with outside store contacts. I am very specific with a distinct taste for what I want and like, but Yudelka saw that immediately and was incredibly patient. The best part is, I never felt rushed or forced. The store sells quality furniture at a very cost friendly price point. However, the icing on the cake for me was the fast delivery and the amazing delivery guys Darwin, Elias, and Juan. They are truly terrific! They go above and beyond, and they obviously care about their jobs and ensuring that the customer is happy. I walked into the store intending to buy only my living room sectional, but after the spectacular service I received, I ordered almost all of the furniture I needed for my new home. As I mentioned, I rarely give reviews, but I felt the need to after the unbelievable service I received from beginning to end. I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Pitusa Furniture in Elizabeth, NJ and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The store's impressive selection of furniture was not only visually appealing but also of exceptional quality. The staff members were knowledgeable, approachable; Yudelka Frederique, my agent, went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect pieces for my home. She was the best! The prices are awesome and they also have the best finance options. I was also super happy with the delivery service.
