EQUIS Pica Pollo (Elizabeth) — Restaurant in Elizabeth

Disorganized!! Initially I called in because of a discrepancy on the Uber app… lady told me to hold on she’ll take a look at it and hung up.

Then I placed an order on DoorDash.. after an hour later I get a call that the order was not received. Then 3 minutes later they call me stating that the item is not available (so it was received after all- just disorganized)

Waited an hour for NO FOOD!

I understand being busy but if you can’t handle the workload then close your online platforms!! Which are also messy. On DoorDash it says “La riqueza” on uber east it’s “Dominican Express” and the menus are completely different. Please just close the online orders until you can actually manage them...

The chicken which is highly advertised was pretty good. You really wanna get the chicken when it’s fresh out I got some chicken that was sitting out for a little bit and was still good but not the best but I did have it when it was fresh out the fryer and it was amazing atmosphere is great music Good vibes. The other food items are good on the average note compared to other restaurants. Price is on the high-end but average high-end. I got a three-piece with plantains with 2drinks...

They lost a returning customer ! I always get oxtails or beef with plantains no more than $15 all together. (Everytime I paid was $15 dollars , have all my receipts !!) Today , they tried to rip me off for $27 for the same things I order all the time . Bad business , lost of money , no wonder why it’s never anyone in their establishment. Tried to settle with them but realized they’re nasty attitudes , liars , money hungry , and don’t know how to do business or keep customers ....
