Was quite disappointed with my experience. I understand how difficult it can be in the service industry, and mistakes happen. However, there were multiple issues that made it very hard to ignore and leave it alone. Issue 1: The wait time. It took an obnoxious amount of time to just get one person's order, not to mention there was at least 20 minutes between when one person got their order and the others started to get theirs. We were actually split between two tables and one table was done and leaving before we even got our 2nd persons order at our table. Issue 2: We had children in our group, and not only does a long wait time make kids fussy but the orders for the kids came out last... You should know to always serve children first. Issue 3: Our order was wrong. We ordered boneless wings and got bone-in. Not detrimental, but still disappointing. I honestly was going to skip even mentioning this because it was still the same type of food, however we overheard them get orders wrong on both tables next to us (not including our other table) as well. Issue 4: The pizza dough was still so raw it was chewy. My husband ate two pieces and took the rest home to cook it more before he ate the rest. Issue 5: We were never asked if we wanted refills on our drinks.
Bottom line, I am hoping maybe it was just a bad night for them. The service was lacking and the food seemed to lack a little care, but I would give them another chance. The food seemed like it would have been great if it had been made properly. Also the prices are very reasonable. I think if they got more seasoned staff or added additional staff, they could focus more on quality. Hopefully next time...

I ordered online, and waited for a confirmation email which is supposed to take 1-3 minutes ish. After 20 minutes of no confirmation email, I called the restaurant and was put on hold for 20 minutes until I was hung up on. I decided to drive to the restaurant and see what was going on. And I was told that it was my fault I didn’t get a confirmation and they denied hanging up on me which was bizarre. We then received our food cold because we would have picked it up on time if we actually got the order confirmed. (Received the confirmation email 9 days after placing the order). When we got home, we realized the food was wrong, we ordered chicken Parmesan pasta and they gave us a chicken Parmesan sandwich, and they blamed the app because it doesn’t differentiate between a sandwich and pasta, which as a customer is completely out of my control. If they know this problem, why would they not address this. And they gave me the wrong dressing for my salad which somehow they blamed me for as well. I called back and they said the manager was out and they would have her call me. I waited 6 days with no call so I called the store back and they said they would text the manager and I have still not heard back. (It’s been 11 days since the order) So many things wrong and no accountability. Just ignore it so it will go away. Read moreThe service isn’t good. They have an app to be able to set a time to pick up your pizza stating they only need 20 minutes advance. I ordered it to pick up in 40 minutes. I got no confirmation that it was ready but the web page said it was. So I called and they said it wasn’t. They didn’t say when it would be ready. I called 40 minutes later to check and they said yes. Went to pick it up and it was barely warm. They said that an email would send when it was ready. I never got one. I ordered online, gluten free, and it says $23.99 then when I paid it said $29.99. Which $6.00 up charge for gluten free is ridiculous. I called and told them and all they said was it was because their provider for the ordering website hadn’t updated the prices. They didn’t care to honor the price that was stated online. I worked for a company that does website design and development, if management really wanted it changed they would make that happen. And then when I went in to tell them all of this to give them feedback about how communication would go a long way with people she didn’t care at all. Didn’t even apologize, let alone try to make up for the terrible service and deception on the website. I won’t go back.
