My bf and I Went here on a Saturday night for dinner (reservation required). First, the staff was excellent and very friendly. Whoever the manager was, he came to our table several times to check on us and change our plates out. Our server was excellent as well. Second, There isn’t the widest selection for entrees, but we ordered the Churrasco to share, along with the pork carnitas tacos, and the guacamole with fried pork belly as appetizers. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. We also ordered a caipinhra and old fashioned. Both drinks were great. Lastly, our only negative would be the volume of the music played by the dj while we were eating. The music was so loud that it was distracting from us being able to actually talk to each other when we’re only a few feet across from each other. The ambiance and the restaurant itself was very nice. We both agreed we would come back for a second chance. Maybe brunch? Definitely want to try the margaritas, we didn’t try them this time because the music was too much and we were over it. Also, this restaurant serves hookah in the dining area and automatically includes gratuity on the check, whether you observe these as a positive or negative. Would recommend all in all, but couldn’t give 5 stars mainly because of the music volume/dj.

The ambiance and the staff alone is worth a visit. They also have a downstairs that offers a lot of things during the week like salsa, there's a party that goes on Thursday nights, etc. Would definitely come back for one of their brunches as they have flamingo dancers on certain nights. I ordered a dish that I didn't see at other Mexican places which was the New York strip that is served in a volcanic stone dish which keeps the food hot. This dish is served with the side of rice and beans as well as our tortilla, which I thought was great because there's a lot of things that are in the bowl that you can taste better mixing together and putting on a tortilla. It is lacking in some flavor so I had to ask for a side of salsa and their churros I wasn't the best and it was very doughy even after sending it back to be refried. However, I enjoyed sitting at the bar getting to know more about the place and my bartender. Daniel made great recommendations on what to drink. My favorite was a Mezcal drink called El Mero Mero. I came during happy hour and they have great options so I didn't have trouble with street parking.

I made a dinner reservation at this restaurant for eight people and I overall had a really great experience. We originally had a dinner reservation at 8 o’clock but because there was an accident on the parkway. Our GPS said we wouldn’t arrive until 830 so we called ahead and they were very accommodating and pushed back our reservation to 9 o’clock and when we arrived earlier than anticipated at 8:40 they still had everything ready for our table and sat us down. The waiters were very quick to take our drink orders, and into explain our prefix menu. We were also able to get hookah fairly quickly once we were seated down. The overall staff was very quick to bring out our appetizers and our entrées. The food was overall great. I ordered a salmon off the prefix menu and it was cooked perfectly with their signature sauce. Overall, the atmosphere for the night was amazing not only was there a good DJ, but also alive, mariachi band that entertained all of the customers. I highly recommend, if you’re looking to host a dinner party!

This will be a very mixed review! First let me start off with the hookah was amazing! (We got the deluxe one and it was a hit) thanks to the hookah and the fact that the appetizers were good I might be back! Drinks were also decent! Now, the service, WOW a 0 star for the waitress who was taking care of us, we had to ask her for multiple things 4/5 times before we actually got it, she also didn’t speak English which was a bummer because one of us did not speak Spanish. I asked for chips instead of tortilla on the queso fundido, and I got the chips after 5 attempts and 30 minutes later. We all asked for a second round of drinks and NEVER got it! I asked her if they had fire ball shots and her response was mami que es fire ball? I explained it and she smiled and said no… not would you like blah blah… we ended up getting shots with another waiter, we asked for a cake birthday celebration about 10 times and to two different people before we actually got the birthday song and cake. Also one of my girls never got her second appetizer. Once the bill comes it was a mess, the second round of drinks was there, and the appetizer that never came (mind you we asked her for these two things about 5 times before I said f this and not cared any more) she ARGUED with us that we did get it. Lady you see our glasses sitting on the table, one each! Well the guys could have took it was her response. Listen, service HORRIBLE.

Oh ALSOOOOOO! The place is very big and beautiful, but the bathroom…. I’m surprised no one mentioned the bathrooms.. they scream state fair bathrooms, can’t flush anything into them (including toilet paper) only two stalls, and the bathroom attendant was going in on someone because they accidentally put toilet paper inside the toilet and now she had to get a bucket of water to make it go down because again (they don’t flush) yuckkkkkk,

And the valet parking LOL. A joke, the guys were high as ever not...

The atmosphere of the place is great. They had live music, and then a DJ. The outdoor seating was aesthetically pleasing. However, I came here for a birthday reservation, we were a party of 10, and when we first arrived the waitress asked us what we wanted to drink, so we placed our orders. She did not explain that because we were a party bigger than 8, we had to eat from the fixed menu which had a cost of $55 per person. The fixed menu options included appetizer, an entree, and dessert. We only had 4 entree options to choose from. When the waitress came back to take our order, we were ordering from the regular menu, and that’s when she told us we could not do that, and had to order from the fixed menu. She left to give us some time to rethink about what we wanted to eat, and eventually we had to wave her down to let her know we were ready to order because she did not return. During this whole time, we had not received any of the appetizers that were part of the fixed menu. About 20-30 minutes after ordering our food, the appetizers finally came. The food took over 1.5 hours to come out. An hour into waiting I asked the waitress if the food was going to come out soon, and she said yes soon that’s why she was clearing the table. The food still did not come out, and we had to ask a manager about it, and as soon as he went to check the kitchen the food came out. The food was lacking flavor, it was not worth the 1.5 hour wait. The waitress was not very attentive, and she would forget to check in with us. Gratuity was automatically included in our bill because we had a large party. Everyone had non-alcoholic drinks and we ended up paying $82 per person. It was overpriced for the quality of the food, wait time, and poor service. If you want to check this place out, I would only recommend it as a bar; order a bottle/hookah and chill. It is not a good restaurant...

Food: very bland and unseasoned. Could have gotten better tacos at a taco truck. Service: extremely poor. It was my partner’s birthday and although the server we had tried very hard and was serving multiple tables (thank you so much, Natalia!) - our other server completely disappeared. We didn’t know if his shift ended, he quit or got lost.

Also, we asked for dulce de leche birthday cake. They did sing happy birthday but after, told us they didn’t have the cake we wanted and substituted it with lemon instead … Without even asking us first …

My partner has a severe peanut allergy that I did mention prior to ordering.

Imagine if the cake would have included peanut oil at any point. Actually, don’t imagine that - that would have been a nightmare. We would have spent a birthday at a hospital.

Atmosphere: The atmosphere was actually great. The music was tasteful and the lights made for a beautiful scene. But that’s the problem: more effort was placed in the looks of the restaurant and not the actual food or service.

It was my partner’s birthday and she left disappointed. This is a 1 star review for me, unfortunately.

With that being said: we saw how hard Natalia work. She was serving almost all the tables while everyone else was doing who knows what.

Thank you Natalia, for making the night a tiny bit bearable.

Everything else … horrible. Also - expensive unnecessarily. If I could get some compensation back, that would be EXTREMELY...
